We arrived late about 2.pm, initially wanting to use a toilet. The woman was so polite and helpful, and the place looked inviting, so we decided to have lunch there. We had excellent friendly service, and delicious food. No waiting time, and my attempt at basic italian was appreciated.

We are in the historic center of Genoa and this is a beautiful square, where you can eat and relax, both in the afternoon and in the evening

La Locanda di San Biagio

20/06/2025: The inn is very well presented, the food is excellent and the service is no less. I found a little problem regarding the cutting of pizza, unfortunately the knives offered are not suitable for cutting pizza, 🤣 if I were to return, it will mean that I bring it from home, (joking).
18/06/2025: Classy pizza, comfortable, spacious environment, with a nice outdoor area for children to play. Very good pizza, quality ingredients. Only flaw...the service could be a little more precise and fast, we left there very late.

Bar Mazzini

26/05/2025: I recommend you!!! First time in Genoa and very happy that I found this bar where after a busy day I rested! Thanks.
11/05/2025: One of the local historians of what was the glorious Mazzini Gallery. The decadence of the place is confirmed by a decade of intrusive works that fail to resolve the problem of water infiltration from the tunnel roof. The bar, however, is well kept and seems to be run by South Americans, especially given the TVs that continuously broadcast Latin music videos. We had an aperitif with friends while waiting for the theater time. Decent cocktails and cold (especially) and hot foods of good quantity and quality. Delightfully courteous service, tidy toilets and a price of 15 euros each. Could be improved, perhaps with a few more hot dishes.
