My wife and I got here at 9:45 on a Saturday night and they held the kitchen open for us. We had the set menu they offer (entree, main course, side, water and wine) for $20, and all of it was excellent. The service was over the top and we ended up having a very nice conversation with Samuel (waiter) until way past closing time. The restaurant itself was nicely decorated and cozy. I can't recommend this restaurant enough. I only took pictures of the entree because I was too busy eating and talking with Samuel.

We stopped in for dinner on our last night in Firenze and couldn't have asked for a better send-off. The menu tradizionale featured a choice of a primo, a sicondo, and a contorno (side) for each person, along with water and a glass of house chianti. There were copious options for each, including pasta fresca a funghi and pesto gnocchi as primi, a steak of porchetta and a mozzarella a buffala for the sicondi, and zucchine, insalata mista, and other options for the side. None disappointed. We wrapped up with an assortment of desserts and digestivi, all for barely over 100 euros for our party of four...even though my stepson got the bistecca alla fiorentina, which arrived sizzling and fresh. Meanwhile, the service was outstanding. Our host was friendly and funny and told us about the food and the region and helped us feel right at home. I strongly recommend this restaurant for a true family-style atmosphere and food with a homemade feel.

On holiday from Abruzzo, recommended by a friend, we found the owner Silvano a person who welcomed us as if we were at home, friendly staff and excellent food with affordable prices. I will definitely return as soon as I visit Florence again

Delicious food, friendly service, and a lovely, relatively quiet restaurant. Beautiful murals and generous portions await you. I was very impressed.

The pasta was pretty good but the meats and salads were on the worse side of quality. My partner said it was the worst salad she's had in a while. The €20 set menu is good value if your hungry. Wine was good and the waitress was polite and attentive.

I can recommend this restaurant without hesitation.

I had the set meal for € 20. Food was delicious. I really liked the pasta. The dessert was delicious as well. For this price, its absolutely worth it. You have to pay € 2 for service. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good budget dinner.

Trovato per caso tra le vie del centro di Firenze (vicino c’è un garage a pagamento) il locale è piccola ma molto accogliente,personale molto gentile e con il sorriso,buoni sia i primi che la carne,la tagliata merita di essere provata. Prezzo ottimo,sicuramente torneremo!

Pranzo davvero da cento e lode! Il locale è molto bello anche se è piccolo, personale davvero simpatico e cordiale. Dispone di varie offerte menù a prezzi accessibilissimi, ottimo il vino della casa e la carne, primi abbondanti e dal sapore unico. Se passate in zona stazione, per una breve sosta questo è il posto più indicato! Grazie di tutto!
