I gave it 3 stars because there isn't much variety for each course, and the restaurant is so smokey that it makes your eyes burn. On the plus side, the food is very good and the service is very friendly. I would gladly return if the smoke were gone.

A true Roman trattoria, rustic and welcoming, serving delicious, home-cooked dishes with a timeless flavor. The young woman who served us was extremely kind and friendly. A discovery we'll definitely return to if we ever return to this area.

This is the classic restaurant from my childhood. The original owner is no longer here, but everyone keeps coming back because her daughter has carried on the tradition. The menu is recited aloud, depending on what's available that day, which speaks volumes. The enormous fireplace warms the atmosphere and your heart. The dishes aren't all perfect, but they are authentic and made with love. The spinach and ricotta tortelli I ordered were special, absolutely delicious. The abbacchio was also excellent. It's best to avoid the house wine and opt for a bottle instead. Overall, a very pleasant experience and honest cuisine.
