The restaurant is very crowded, but despite this, the food is VERY good and the service is equally good. In short, you feel right at home.
Everything is delicious, from the carbonara,
to the mixed antipasto for two, to the spectacular deconstructed cannoli.

A quaint trattoria. Once past the unassuming and uninspiring exterior, you enter a rather spartan dining room, but once the food arrives, everything changes. The flavors and aromas captivate you and make for an excellent dining experience. The busiata del satiro and sarde alla beccafico are top choices.

Unfortunately, we only discovered this restaurant on the last day of our vacation...we would have gladly returned many more times! Mixed antipasto (for one), two first courses, and two ricotta ravioli...everything was superb, both in flavor and quantity. We couldn't have ended our tour of Western Sicily any better! We chose it based on the reviews, and in the end, we had a pretty good experience. The service was quick; we didn't have to wait long after ordering.
The spaghetti with clams and seafood were absolutely excellent, including the perfect cooking and temperature.
Less praise was given to the mixed fried fish, which I unfortunately wouldn't recommend. It arrived burnt and too greasy, with a strong oily flavor.

Locale per niente formale o elegante, ma le pietanze sono davvero ottime! Tutto preparato secondo tradizione siciliana, pesce fresco, ottimo davvero. Porzioni di pasta abbondati e gustose, torneremo sicuramente. Servizio non da dieci e lode
