After the trip to the flea market in Gonzaga, we came to have lunch here, super friendly staff and even though they weren't on the menu! They satisfied us with donkey stew with polenta and pumpkin tortelli! Well what can I say! Everything sublime! We also took an appetizer of cured meats and fried dumplings which was not not greasy at all! Vote 10!

After a morning in the car and a visit to the Gonzaga fair, we went to eat in a simple trattoria where we relaxed and enjoyed an excellent lunch, with a typical traditional local menu, done to perfection. We know that you can eat well in friendly places, but it's not a given that you'll also find excellent service. I say this because it was a pleasure to see young and passionate guys who served us in a professional, convivial and fast way! Just to make you understand, we ordered pumpkin tortelli with tomato and bacon but they arrived with melted butter; apologizing they remade our dishes just long enough to cook them. At the checkout, they apologized again for the mistake and it denotes that passion and desire to do well that makes the difference! Well done, you deserve 5 stars overall 👏

Working lunch, to say the least, amazing tagliolini, sausage and radicchio, cuttlefish with peas, side dish, wine, water and coffee 13 euros, all of which I can say is delicious 👍🧏

This is a 5 star place, the grill highly recommended! Ribs, coppa chops, etc. everything cooked freshly in front of customers. Even the business lunch is at the TOP. Top quality products. They don't joke about the quality of the food here. Attentive and very kind staff. I believe the quality/price ratio is unbeatable throughout northern Italy. Word of MAZAK technician.

Trattoria di paese di quelle semplici, rustiche, ma che rappresentano sempre una garanzia. Oltre ai consueti piatti della tradizione, molte le proposte per tutti i palati. Porzioni adeguate, prezzi onesti. A fine pasto nessuna sensazione di pesantezza. Raccomandata la prenotazione, specie nei weekend e nelle giornate di festa.

06/05/2025: Business lunch. • Small location, but welcoming and tidy. We had booked and perhaps given the turnout, booking is recommended if you are in a hurry. • The service is good, waitresses helpful and friendly, a little rushed as understandably can happen with the business lunch service. • The food is all good, 3 first and 3 second courses available, a note of merit for the sausage sauce and the very tender beef morsels. 07/04/2025: On a trip from Varese to Gazzoldo degli Ippoliti (MN) for a reunion with all the relatives, we found ourselves in this trattoria for lunch. An apt choice to say the least, delicious food, kind and qualified staff always present in the room and attentive to satisfying the diners' requests, without ever making us wait longer than necessary, a quality that is especially appreciated when the room is full... there were already 23 of us in our group. We start with a round of starters 😋 and then move on to Riso alla pilota😋😋 many of them did an encore. Polenta bacon and baked potatoes, dessert, coffee and coffee killer 🤭. An experience that we will certainly do again next time. Thanks to all the restaurant staff for the welcome they received and for helping to make this day special. I'm sorry I didn't take photos... but on these occasions I leave my cell phone in my pocket and indulge in food and company. Apart from this, I highly recommend the Agrifoglio restaurant, you will not be disappointed. Fabio & Company.

13/04/2025: After a long wander around restaurants, one Monday evening, in the lower Brescia area, we finally found refreshment in this inn, the only one open in the area! 😅 Simple dishes but full of authentic traditional flavors! A really nice surprise, the sweet and sour vegetables served among the appetizers are spectacular, I recommend them to anyone! I really liked finding variety in the dishes, not only dishes based on beef or pork but also other types, a real joy for meat lovers like us! The staff is friendly and helpful. Free parking available. Clean and comfortable, rustic environment, with furnishings that recall the rural life of the area and which characterizes this old farmhouse in an artistic way! And to make sure you don't miss anything, a truly excellent value for money! Absolutely must try!
