If you don't go there you can't understand!!! Tradition and family...original flavors and then eating on a summer evening in the middle of the square of a small town reminds us a bit of when we were still children and we went out into the square to play with friends...beautiful!!!

Fantastico! Todos, tuto . We were surprised by the quality of the food, the wine and the service. Beautiful regional products. You have the choice to sit on a balcony with a fantastic view, or at the back with a cozy view of a square. I would love to come back again.

Good and plentiful food. To be able to eat a full menu you need to be a good eater. The terrace is beautiful, unfortunately during our dinner (end of June) it was very hot and until the sun went down we suffered a lot. Good value for money.

We have been to this restaurant twice in ten days and it seemed that from the first to the last time everything had changed. The first time there were two of us, sgabei menu with roast suckling pig and buttera. We had a great time, excellent cooking, fair price, generous portions, sublime roast potatoes. The second time there were six of us, we took the menu, so always sgabei but this time the first courses. A total disappointment. The ravioli were rubbery, flavorless, with a sauce that seemed opened and thrown on top. We left the tagliatelle with wild boar there at the first bite, overwhelmed by a strong aroma, perhaps an exaggeration of cloves or cinnamon, it was like eating a dessert. When asked if everything was okay, they saw the tray of first courses that was still intact, we pointed out that they were terrible. No apology or attempt to offer us more and no discount. So I strongly advise against choosing the first courses. Others complained about the strong taste of the house wine. I can't say because I don't drink.

A magical place, which has preserved the flavor of a culinary tradition in a familiar and intimate setting. Eating sgabei and testaroli at Emili and wandering in the summer evenings through the streets of Giucano is an experience I recommend to everyone.

A place where you can always eat excellently, in summer many tables are outside in the streets of Giucano, a tiny but very characteristic town. Highly recommended!

Stunning location and excellent food

We were invited to this restaurant for a first communion. It is located in Giucano, a hilltop hamlet of Fosdinovo. From the restaurant you can enjoy a stunning view of the surrounding woods and part of the valley. We ate very well and despite the large number of guests (several first communions) the service was excellent.

Great Food and local wine! One of my favourite restaurants.
