The owner was welcoming and friendly, and even cooked for us even though it was late afternoon. The appetizers were delicious, and the second course of the first course was amazing, and the hug was extraordinary! Home-style Roman cooking 🔝 with only local products. 🔝 We really had a great time. We'll be back!

100% spartan, it's more than unexpected, it's a surreal location. Assuming you've easily located the entrance, you'll feel like you've crossed the threshold of another dimension. Twenty-somethings and up won't understand and will be disgusted, but true fifty-somethings will appreciate it, finding themselves catapulted into a bygone era that no longer exists. Run by just two people, a cook and a handyman, both owners, you sit at the table and the magic begins; so-called local ingredients, mostly produced by them. Exquisite food, masterfully cooked; unique flavors closely tied to their territory. Fast and impeccable service. Anti-crisis prices. Well done 👏

A vintage gem near Magliano Sabina, family-run with a passionate and knowledgeable host. All dishes are freshly made, the stove and pans are open to the public, and everything is cooked right in front of the guests, with the unmistakable aromas of local freshness, from aromatic herbs from their garden to free-range guinea fowl. I enjoyed an excellent, plentiful, and light dinner with the Elsa appetizer, pan-fried lamb with marjoram, while my parents had the sirloin steak, guinea fowl, and gricia. A good selection of desserts to finish. The 1970s-style setting is very romantic and captivating. I felt like I was in a movie where the protagonist goes to dinner in the same old place, like Inspector Montalbano. Highly recommended.

We were for lunch today, family-run trattoria, assorted bruschetta as an appetizer (good), borage and ricotta ravioli with butter and sage and strozzapreti with mushrooms (excellent 👍), tart with homemade vision jam and you could taste it, (as well as the pasta) and absolutely artisanal sour cherry liqueur, the owner was kind, a pleasant surprise, highly recommended, we will make sure to come back 👏👏👏👍👋🤗😋, see you soon

Classic Trattoria. Traditional dishes with excellent local products. Everything prepared on the spot. I especially recommend the fresh pasta made by them. Like the liqueurs, even the artisanal ones.
