I imagined this trattoria to be very different, perhaps because it's advertised on social media in a somewhat "chic" way (due to its high-class clientele), but instead I was surprised by the simplicity it exudes. A typical Roman trattoria with a menu accessible to everyone and a good selection. We had a carbonara, delicious, with saltimbocca alla romana (a little too spicy, but good). The service was excellent, although a bit rushed between the first and second courses, but we finished lunch at 4 pm without any rush. Helpful and smiling staff.
