A fantastic restaurant, somewhat hidden away but with a great outdoor seating area and excellent service with a Latin flair. 🙂 The seafood dishes and the tiramisu are top-notch!

We were staying at the Live Merano campsite right next door and ate here several times. The food was simply delicious every time. The atmosphere is perfect, although everyone's tastes vary, of course. The service is always pleasant and friendly.

July 2019: A treat!! The fish soup and pasta alla scoglio were a real pleasure. the homemade tiramisu is huge and delicious The only downside is that the restaurant is not easy to find, it is under the grandstand of the football field and it is advisable to book or come early May 2025: Back at Dante's 5 years later.. we ate the same dishes and it's still just as good and plentiful.. don't change a thing

I have lunch in this restaurant on average once a week and I can only recommend it! Spectacular first courses of fish, second courses of meat or fish!!

Dante is simply one of the classics among Merano restaurants and is always an “insider tip” when it comes to Italian cuisine! The interior can be a bit louder, but the real highlight is outside on the terrace, always a light wind that cools you down pleasantly and always fantastic food. Reservations are a must, especially in high season!

Restaurant where you can eat well with generous portions. Inside the place is a bit bare, the tables very close to each other, but then again you don't go there for the location 😜

02/06/2025: This restaurant is a true gem in Ortisei. Delicate dishes, excellent quality, and excellent presentation. I highly recommend a visit to enjoy its delicacies. I'm including photos of the ones we thoroughly enjoyed. Congratulations to the chef, who clearly loves his craft above all else. The service was exquisite, and the restaurant was beautifully decorated and very pleasant. It's a shame I didn't discover it sooner so I could return, but you never know...
29/03/2025: Very cozy and stylish restaurant. I had the venison saddle, which tasted extremely good.
