An experience tied to memories of a restaurant that has now disappeared from Italy. Here you eat well (and a lot!) like "once upon a time." Excellent value for money. It's a shame they're closed in the evening, but on Saturday evenings they're almost always open. Must try...

Great choice, I stopped in for lunch for a business lunch. A fabulous stew and a superb fried seafood, topped off by the kindness of the waitresses. If I'm in the area, I'll definitely be back.

We went to Trattoria Cris e Mery in Cossato for the Ben Conciá day dedicated to polenta concia, and it was a truly excellent experience! The typical Piedmontese appetizer was a truly delicious crostini with lard, chestnuts, and honey. The polenta concia was delicious, as per true Biella tradition, creamy and rich in flavor. Finally, an excellent bunet. The staff were kind, friendly, and very welcoming. A truly worthwhile trattoria: authentic, simple, and well-prepared cuisine.

10/01/2026: A very characteristic restaurant in the center of Occhieppo Superiore A very charming, well-renovated, and welcoming place. Piedmontese menu, excellent and carefully prepared cuisine. Excellent wine list with local wines. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable wait staff. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back.
21/11/2025: Trattoria di paese, discreta qualità, buono il servizio. Non bisogna aspettarsi piatti gourmet però non è niente male.
