Wonderful boiled meatballs and giant homemade ice cream ravioli with a unique flavor! I only took photos of the desserts because the main courses were on the table for no more than 5 minutes.

Everything was impeccable. I was the only table that wasn’t Italian that evening. You can taste the authenticity in the food and wine. The owners don’t even speak English though (for better and worse), so it’s hard to reserve a table and communicate with them, but damn, the food was good. The waiters were great. They don’t take notes and forgot half my order, but they were charming, and the wait wasn’t long.
Thoughts on low reviews: I also didn’t make a reservation, but I showed up just as they opened, and they allowed me to stay. Within an hour, the whole place was packed and people were lining up. So please ignore all the low reviews that are upset about not getting a table. The staff know exactly what’s going on.

While flavor can be subjective, and in this case it was excellent, the quality of the ingredients used and the owner's hospitality remain undeniable.
The atmosphere is intimate, simple, and distinctive, the staff is fast and efficient, and you can see and feel that this is a business run with love and a great deal of humility.
The only downside is the parking problem, which the owner very kindly resolved quickly.
I highly recommend this place and can't wait to return.

We dined outside, which was very pleasant and also suitable for informal gatherings. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and eager to accommodate our requests.

A simple and well-kept place, you can eat outside under a pergola. Parking is available nearby, and you can also reach it from central Rome via Piazza Venezia by tram, which stops at the Casaletto terminus.

Todo lo que se dice sobre esta es una de las mejores trattorias de Roma es verdad. Fuimos un domingo por la noche a las 7: 45 , y solo había unas pocas personas allí. Cuando nos fuimos, todas las mesas estaban llenas. Usted necesita absolutamente reservas aquí.
Tomé una deliciosa pasta carbonara. Mi esposa tomó una de las pastas especiales esa noche, con guisantes, espárragos, judías, etc. Compartimos una pizza. Pero tantos comensales tenían tantos platos que se veían espectaculares.
Este lugar no es de lujo, y está a unos 20 minutos en coche de la Via Veneto, si su hotel está allí. Estamos muy contentos de haber ido.

Se potessi darei 10 stelle per tutto. Dall’accoglienza, ai piatti, tutti buonissimi. La vera tradizione romana è da Cesare. Stra consiglio di mangiare in questa trattoria e di prenotare con largo anticipo dato che è molto frequentata. A+++
