Excellent experience: nothing to complain about! Family-run trattoria: simple, good, "old-fashioned" cuisine, served by Franco's great charm and the courtesy and kindness of his beloved daughter. A truly wonderful team!

The authentic village trattoria I've been searching for for years. The porcini mushroom fettuccine was delicious, the best I've ever had. The lamb was tender and delicate, the sautéed chicory was excellent, and even the fries tasted different. All this was accompanied by hearty laughs thanks to the friendly, playful approach of those who were looking for us. I'll gladly return.

Warm, welcoming, and intimate. We ate wonderfully in this little place frozen in time, where you can feel the authentic atmosphere. The food didn't disappoint; we ordered a platter of cured meats, gnocchi, lamb, and various side dishes, all extremely flavorful and well-balanced. We came two days in a row. Highly recommended if you love home-cooked food.

06/07/2026: What a discovery La Gallina d'Oro is! If you're near Termini Station, this is the place to be. From the service to the cleanliness, everything was perfect. The waiters were incredibly kind and friendly, creating a truly pleasant atmosphere. But the real surprise was the attention they paid to those with food intolerances: I've rarely experienced such attentive service on this front. The food, of course, was delicious. We'll definitely be back!
