We came to Fabrica di Roma on the occasion of the patron saint's day with our tourist group and decided to have lunch at this trattoria. We were treated very well and Alessandra and Antonella put us at ease with excellent wines and dishes. We enjoyed various courses based on porcini mushrooms and chanterelles. The homemade fettuccine, hay (tagliolini) and the well-stuffed lasagna are particularly excellent. Among the second courses, however, the mushrooms with potatoes, the sliced ​​meat with porcini mushrooms and the lamb are still delicious. We had an excellent day and I thank the Antonella restaurant for the exquisite hospitality with which they welcomed us. We will be back soon to taste other varieties of their menu.
