Trattoria da Amerigo In Savigno

I booked lunch at this restaurant two months in advance. On the day of my reservation, I showed up a few minutes early and was assigned a table. After about a 20-minute wait, they came to order. We ordered an appetizer and two first courses (saving the main course for later). The appetizer arrived after another 20 minutes of waiting, and the first courses arrived after another 20 minutes after we'd finished the appetizers. It was 2:30 PM, so I asked to order a second course and was told the kitchen was closed. I understand the needs of the dining room and the staff, but if I arrive at 1:30 PM and am served 40 minutes later, I expect someone to let me know if the kitchen is about to close so I can choose whether or not to order other dishes. The food was good, but the experience wasn't so pleasant, especially in such a renowned establishment. In the end, my judgment is still uncertain, marred by service that, in my opinion, wasn't exactly up to par, at least that day.

A very beautiful place located in the hills outside Bologna. Welcoming and very well-managed in terms of food and service. It's always best to call, given its reputation. Highly recommended.

Go there! The service, the quality of the ingredients, and the exceptional courtesy are top-notch. A unique experience, the dishes are perfectly described and delicious. The Amerigo egg is a must-try, and... for mopping up the bread, they even have homemade gluten-free bread. Delicious! I didn't rate the rooms because I only went for dinner.

A Michelin-starred trattoria, fabulous food at prices consistent with the quality. Perhaps compared to other places, they're even more affordable, given the quality. It's always a pleasure to go there. TOP

An Italian bistro-style restaurant that truly deserves its Michelin star. Excellent service, delicious cuisine with a modern twist on classic Emilia-Romagna recipes. A real treat of culinary creativity. Order the white truffle lasagna—it's absolutely divine. We loved it.

Best restaurant in Emilia Romagna, the food was divine, every dish was delicious, not to mention the price which is excellent, I will definitely be back
