We've been to this restaurant several times (12 times to be exact) because we had a training course nearby. We liked it more and more each time, and we didn't want to finish the course because it won't be easy to eat here again. The pasta, however you eat it, is fabulous. All mouth-watering Roman cuisine at super reasonable prices.

Highly recommended restaurant! We spent four weekends in the area for courses and ate here every day. We tried many different dishes and were always satisfied—the best of Roman cuisine. Fantastic staff, we can't wait to go back!

I came with my wife and young daughter for lunch. I ordered the following: - fried artichoke - cacio e pepe (see photo) - gricia (see photo) - 2 waters - two homemade desserts (slices of cake) Total €50 I think it speaks for itself! But to be honest, the value for money was EXCEPTIONAL! LARGE PORTIONS AND WELL-COOKED DISHES. It was full of Romans, but we... were the only "tourists" because we were from Verona. I think if you go to a restaurant and you're the only one not from Verona, you can only expect to eat well. My compliments!

Trattoria semplice , ma cibo davvero super. Mangiato antipasto di tre verdure (carciofo alla romana, puntarelle con alici e cicoria) davvero ottimo. Poi solo primi , perché così abbondanti che anche aghiungere un secondo sarebbe stato davvero troppo. Poi caffè co Moka. Tutto davvero ok e prezzo non esagerato.

Frequentiamo questa trattoria da diversi anni in quanto abitiamo nel quartiere e si trova a pochi passi da casa nostra. Abbiamo sempre mangiato molto bene con porzioni abbondanti e prezzi assolutamente giusti. Il oro involtone, oltre ad essere enorme, mi ha ricordato il sapore della cucina di mia madre che preparava gli involtini al sugo la domenica, dal sapore deciso e genuino.

23/10/2025: A very good experience in this calm and welcoming place. Generous portions of food and pasta, fresh produce, and very well cooked! Far from being a tourist trap, the Italian dishes here are very good.
21/10/2025: A lot to choose from, nice antipasto , service was not good enough, the servers did not come, we had to get their attention to order our food. And one of the servers was rude and defensive, it dis not feel friendly. The pizza was delicious and the carbonara was meh, there are better options but the location is good. Another bad point is they dont do separate bills, so when you go with friends is not a good option. Overall i would go to another place but if you passing by it would suffice.

17/10/2025: Le Prima Re Restaurant is a true hidden gem, nestled in the greenery of the woods just outside Rome. As soon as you arrive, you're greeted by a warm, family-friendly atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. The restaurant is well-kept and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing day away from the chaos of the city. The cuisine is exceptional: I tried the wild boar stew, tender and flavorful, accompanied by broccoli, onion, and wine-sautéed cabbage, as well as a truly excellent cod. Everything, absolutely everything, was tasty, well-cooked, and prepared with quality ingredients. The staff is kind and attentive, and you can sense the passion that runs the restaurant. It's one of those places where you eat well, feel good, and always want to return. Highly recommended for those who love good food and authentic, traditional flavors! 🍷🍖🌿
