Booked the same day...lucky because it was all full...we start with fried artichokes (8pcs) made on the spot very good... carbinara....really well cooked and abundant...we continue with meatballs in sauce...excellent 3 slices of bread serve as a minimum.. We close with a pear and ricotta cake...(not among the best). Price in line...I point out the young waiter who with his smile made the service more pleasant

Classic place with Roman cuisine but everything here is really extremely good. Normal prices, fast and attentive service. Coffee? They bring it to you directly with all the mocha, you don't even need them like that at home. Highly recommended

Family trattoria with a warm atmosphere without music that facilitates conversation. Excellent food, great service... a highly recommended place for those who enjoy authentic Roman food in a family environment and very friendly treatment

Pranzato ieri con il locale pieno, solito ottimo antipasto con melanzane grigliate piccanti e involtini di melanzane. Carciofi fritti Cervetrani eccellenti. Un po’ sottotono amatriciana e Gricia, di solito nettamente migliori. Ma ci può stare. Amaro, moka di caffè, mezzo vino e acqua in due 55.00 euro. Eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo.

…. è forse più unico che raro ! In sostanza ti portano un vassoio metallico con dentro una Caffettiera MOKA , dei bicchieri piccoli da riempire con caffè , una zuccheriera di ceramica con lo zucchero in bustine e bicchieri più grandi per riempirli eventualmente d’acqua !!! Sembra davvero di ….. stare in casa 🏠 e di offrire del caffè ad amici !! Che bella ed originale trovata !!! Per il resto che dire ??? Si tratta di una classica Trattoria romana , un po’ defilata in zona EUR , dove “ se magna alla romanesca “ : noi avemo preso della GRICIA 🍝 per Primo e della CODA 🍖 per Secondo . Servizio veloce , cordialità e prezzi nella norma ! …. anche qui , c’è se po’ torna’ !!!

23/03/2025: This was a great find just off the main streets and close to the Opera House. The staff are amazing and I encourage you to order the house recommendations not on the menu. Outdoor and garden sitting is a plus.
19/03/2025: Clearly a popular spot at the queue was out into the street when we arrived. Luckily we had booked! Service was great, wine selection very good and food delicious. Would highly recommend!!!

Coso Wine and Restaurant

18/04/2025: It was our last night in Rome. We had 16 people and Coso accepted our big party. They made it the most memorable night for us. The owner (I think) made us feel welcomed and recommended their best dishes. Our kids were loud but he made them happy. Food was delicious. He topped us off with free dessert and homemade lemon shots. They were fantastic! What a great ending to this trip. Thank you Coso!
