I didn't like the way they set the table with tablecloths already used by others, even if they were wiped with a wet sponge and detergent.

Arrived in the afternoon, riding my motorbike, and found the lady cook incredibly friendly and kind. She made us delicious sandwiches even though the kitchen was closed. The place offers a pleasant view and tranquility. I'll be back to try the food. I'll be there at the end of September. Highly recommended 👍🏼

I went to Erto on my Vespa, passing by the Vajont Dam. I was supposed to meet Mauro Corona, the famous mountaineer, sculptor, and writer, but he wasn't home.
Talking to the locals, they told me he often went to the Cervo Bianco restaurant, but when I got there, he wasn't even there.
The owner of the family-run restaurant told me he only goes there in the winter.
Since it was already lunchtime, I stopped for a bite.
I had a roe deer menu, everything excellent and almost too generous.
When I return from Corona, I'll go and eat with him.

Very pleasant lunch, kind and friendly staff: water, house red wine, tagliatelle (very good) and gnocchi (I'm not convinced by the dough with grated cloves).

A wonderful experience at Trattoria Cervo Bianco. The restaurant is traditional and pleasant. The food is absolutely excellent 😋😋😋 We had the tagliatelle with ragù and the gnocchi as starters, which were enough to make you want to try them all night. We then had the sausage with a cream and vinegar sauce as a main course. Everything was delicious and the sauce incredible!! A must-try. The house wine is very good and very reasonably priced. Unfortunately, we didn't have room for dessert.
The view from the restaurant is absolutely magnificent 🤩
As for the service, everyone is lovely and attentive.
