Trattoria Cervo Bianco In Erto e casso

A trattoria where you can find, in addition to typical dishes and excellent game, a very kind and attentive service. You can really see that you are their guest and they do everything with passion and love. Many thanks to the staff, I tasted the best wild boar of my life!

From the context to the food everything was perfect and good

After taking a guided tour of the Vajont dam, we headed towards the Trattoria Cervo Bianco for lunch (booking 📞 among other things with little notice). We were welcomed very kindly by the staff who made us sit in a welcoming room inside and then illustrated the menu offer 📋. We all opted for second courses, tasty and abundant: "Tagliata 🥩 alla Cervo Bianco", Venison 🦌 stewed with polenta and a special dish (an absolute novelty, the staff guy 🧑🏻 then specified) composed of sausage, mushrooms 🍄, polenta (with herbs if I'm not mistaken), grilled cheese 🧀 and a tasty but delicate ricotta with onions 🧅. Everything is truly delicious 😋 and genuine. We returned more recently (this time for dinner) and were equally satisfied. Definitely good quality/price ratio 👌 for a meal based on typical local products. Finally, the restaurant is located in a panoramic position 🌄 dominating the Vajont valley below. Certainly RECOMMENDED 👍. It deserves all the stars. Typical place, delicious food, friendly staff, moderate prices

Had lunch today with 5 people. Already on other occasions it has always been a pleasure to eat in this restaurant. Always everything excellent. Great cook, we will return soon to taste all the dishes a little at a time. A month later, I am still satisfied with the specialties. See you soon

Delicious gnocchi....cutting board for 2 people scanty and poor....we paid 1 euro for an empty plate

Pranzo con amici dopo la visita della diga del Vajont.... abbiamo provato diversi primi (tagliatelle - gnocchetti e risotto) e secondi (salsiccia - polenta ). non poteva mancare il FRICO . Posto caratteristico e confortevole ...per arrivarci con l'auto un pò difficoltoso ma ne vale la pena

Una bellissima scoperta durante un visita al paese di Erto. Ristorante curato, con personale gentilissimo. Piatti ben preparati e particolari. Una piacevolissima scoperta durante una giornata di coppia.
