I had the best dinner in this place during my entire stay in Alghero. You need a reservation to seat you! Carbonarra was the best I've ever tasted, al dente and the portion was absolutely fine! The tiramisu was amazingly creamy and just as enough!❤️
The service is slower, we waited 38 minutes for the carbonara and 20 minutes for the tiramisu BUT it was definitely worth it. It is served by a very nice lady and I would definitely come back here again! 😌

I had a fantastic experience here! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and everything was clean and well taken care of. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were just right – satisfying without being too much. You can tell they really care about quality and the customer experience. Highly recommended to anyone in the area – a true hidden gem!

A few days ago I was in Alghero and I had heard about a restaurant that cooked Roman specialties. In this place I ate the best carbonara of my life, truly sublime.
I also tasted a delicious Cacio e Pepe, not to mention the delicious braised meat and the delicious meatballs. It was truly a splendid surprise to eat excellent quality Roman specialties in this corner of Sardinia, all seasoned with Antonella's friendliness. In conclusion, anyone passing through Alghero MUST taste these delights. I'll be back.

If you love traditional Roman dishes, then you absolutely must try the dishes of this small portion of Romanity in the center of Alghero.
I finally found an ad hoc carbonara, with well-balanced ingredients and a sublime taste.
Same thing for the coppadito, tender and tasty (the saffron and potato cream is sublime).
Express cuisine, quick service, friendly and at times playfully biting owner without being intrusive.
Quite elegant place.
I will return without a doubt.

Incredibly good food, the mozzarella with prosciutto crudo was a delight. The lamb too! You can taste the quality of the products and the love for cooking. Bravissima!

Roman cuisine in Alghero outside the local norm but if you want to eat something truly Roman and of quality you have found the right restaurant. Antonella's friendliness will make you feel at home, pampered and... recommended in your culinary journey..
