Some of the best food we have eaten.
The amatriciana meatballs were delightful,not too heavy with great flavour and topped with the crispy guanciale. The carbonara was very creamy,lots of sauce,pasta perfectly boiled and freshly cracked pepper tied it all to an incredible dish. Also the 35€ menu is a great deal with starter,main,drink and coperto included. The crema catalana was also a since surprise since it was way smoother and not too heavy,just right to finish the meal.Staff was great and handled all the tables on time. Not sure about waiting times since we made a reservation prior to our meal.

Very tasty, but also on the higher end. Be sure to bring some time.
One star deducted for service because the beer reorder didn't work twice, and the bill had to be requested twice. Otherwise, everything was great.

We received the recommendation via GPT chat and were very happy and satisfied with the tip. The service from our waitress, "Superwoman," was excellent, thank you! We had the Carbonara menu, which included a starter and a drink each, for €35.00. We highly recommend this restaurant! (Reservations are recommended, but you can easily book online on the website.)

The menu didn't match with the one here. Didn't think that they would switch it in 3 months. Carbonara was only available as part of a menu with appetizer and drinks. We ordered Cacio e pepe and it was kinda alright, the portion was on the smaller side, the black truffle was really noticable and sometimes too much for our taste. The tiramisu was really good. We were sat inside, and it was really hot in there.

Luckily, we got the last table, as everyone else had reservations. We went there because they supposedly had the best carbonara. We received a very warm welcome and service. The food more than exceeded our expectations. It was simply delicious. Both the carbonara and the ravioli were world-class, and you absolutely have to try them. Dessert, which we had was tiramisu and crema catalana, rounded off the evening perfectly.
We're still raving about the meal and would go back in a heartbeat if we're in Alghero. But make sure you make a reservation 😊

We had a wonderful evening with great food and outstanding service.
A three-course meal was lovingly prepared for us within 1.5 hours. The taste was impeccable.
The chef is absolutely amazing!
If you're nice to her, she'll be twice as nice back! Very attentive and very accommodating!
