Was a bit concerned reading some of the reviews, but the hotel was great. We stayed in room 104 so had a view over the Via Dei Tribunali - great for people watching. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, the air-con worked, the staff and room service were lovely, breakfast was good, and the location is first rate - right in the center of the Historic Quarter. We have never been to Napoli before, but really enjoyed our break, and would definitely go back. The area is full of life, with places to visit, convenience shops, bakeries, and graffiti, but is very safe and friendly. Napoli is chaotic, but if you learn to embrace it you will have a great time.

Lovely room, cleaned every day, staff is very friendly and helpful! The location is also very good, it’s in the old town and there’s always things happening. Very safe hotel and location! Would highly recommend Only problem was the door knob would come off at times if it was turned the wrong way, and the door was kind of hard to open until we got the hang of it!

Particular praise also goes to the cleaning service: the rooms and common areas were always perfectly tidy and sanitized, with an attention to detail that is rarely found. The hospitality was excellent, all the staff were kind and helpful, ready to respond to every request with a smile and great efficiency. This made our stay extremely pleasant and relaxing. Hotel in the center of Naples with an unbeatable location. Super clean, no noise. It's like a family. The owner Caetano is charming and Wasim the guy at the reception is very attentive. He helped us with everything at all times. I recommend the hotel with a 10.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel and can only recommend it. Starting from the welcome of all the staff (Wasim you are the best!) to the room which is beautiful and the impeccable cleanliness. If we then add the location in the heart of Naples we would like even more stars thanks to the next one!!!!
