A super welcoming restaurant, just like the legendary Max, who accompanied our evening with music and cheerfulness, as well as a first-class catch of the day.

A symphony of genuine flavours for an unforgettable experience among notes that taste of a good and true sea, with products of rare excellence, masterfully combined to give memorable emotions, also thanks to the friendly and genuine host Max.

It seems like living the scene of a Mario Soldati film or reading a page of his travel stories around Italy. In the plate full of colors and flavors you find tasty and inviting home cooking. You lose yourself in the innovative and shocking taste of seafood carbonara. If then the freshly caught fish arrives: dentex, white bream, sea bass, you dive into that blue sea that leads to Miseno, Pozzuoli and Naples. IF, finally, the underwater host arrives with the guitar, the food becomes an exciting show.

The place is easy to reach (it is located near the seafront) and at sunset it offers a spectacular view. Ideal for a romantic dinner, an evening with friends or even for those who simply want to eat well in a quiet and well-kept place. The food is a true local excellence: we tasted seafood carbonara, pasta alla Luciana, crispy fried food and other specialties all cooked with love. Each dish has a unique, genuine flavor that tells the story of the cuisine of this area. Max is a special person: he welcomes you with kindness, gives you advice with passion and creates a family atmosphere that makes the difference. It is not the classic “tourist” place, but a trusted place, where you return every time you pass by these parts. The prices are fair compared to the quality and abundance of the dishes. I highly recommend letting yourself be guided by Max to discover flavors that are difficult to find elsewhere. An authentic corner not to be missed.

My boyfriend and I were lucky enough to find this place through Google and I have to say we were really happy. Very good fish and Max super professional and helpful in everything. A fish restaurant in Pinetamare may not be so unique on paper, but in practice this beats everything. Don't be fooled by the slightly secluded location, that it looks simple. This place has class, it has style, outstanding food, drinks, service, but still relaxed and caring. Max is a charismatic owner. He has a young chef and a friendly waitress to help him. This team produces and presents incomparable meals on beautiful china worth remembering. The dishes offered classic and modern, all of the best quality. This is where you should eat.

Locale molto caratteristico, nonostante fossimo arrivati di domenica è molto tardi nel giro di pochi minuti il vulcano del ristorante Max O’Sub ci fa sedere, e con molta onestà ci dice ragazzi è domenica, c’è un po’ da aspettare. Beh l’attesa non è stata molto lunga, e in compenso ne è valsa veramente la pena, tutto ottimo, il servizio molto gentile e sempre con un sorriso e una battuta, mai invadenti, ma ci si sente proprio a casa. Rapporto qualità prezzo ci sta tutto, ci ritorneremo spesso.
