You immediately feel at home. Clean and intimate, like the trattorias of the past, you can breathe fresh sea air in every dish of the young chef Roberto, while Max entertains his guests. I tried various first courses and I recommend ordering the Genoese seafood dish. The fried prawns and calamari are light and not greasy. The choice of wines is excellent and I recommend a Falanghina. Fair prices and consistent with the quality of the food.

La teverna di “Max o Sub”. Un eccellenza della cucina partenopea. L’amore e la passione che Max ed il figlio Roberto mettono nei piatti è amore per il palato. Il crudo eccezionale, per non parlare della carbonara di mare, che solo la bolina di Max o sub può offrirti, essendo il suo piatto tipico. Roberto è uno chef spettacolare, materie prime dí eccellente livello.

Arriving from Cattolica for a lunch with cousins and various relatives, we encountered excellent hospitality and service, not to mention the quality and abundance of each individual course, and also the patience shown in satisfying all requests (even for celiacs )
