We were looking for an authentic, delicious and adorable place to eat genuine Italian pasta. Oh my! We found it all at Trattoria Boboli! Expect a full restaurant and a short queue outside (a very good sign). The most al dente pasta we've ever experienced (chewy, yet soft and very satisfying). The truffle flambé is sensational!

We were with friends in this Trattoria Fiorentina... Good typical Tuscan food, the guys in the room are very kind and ready, they are all on point, my rating is 5 for them because they are very attentive.

Ottimo l'antipasto Italia e le bruschette miste, ma insuperabili i pici cacio e pepe e i pici al tartufo. Sicuramente è un posto dove ritorneremo.
