A wonderful experience, a historic and welcoming venue, soft lighting, and traditional Lombard cuisine. The menu is simple and decisive, the staff is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and discreet. The risotto, cheese selection, and bruschetta with Luganegha sausage are excellent. The wine list is also good, not overwhelming, but sufficient to complement the menu.
If you read any negative reviews, they're probably from haters or competitors.

IN LOVE is the perfect word to start this review with.
In a historic house, nestled in the quiet Brianza area, lies this little gem, family-run for four generations!
The staff is attentive to their guests: they showed us around the entire place, having arrived early for dinner, and every corner is carefully designed, with antiques juxtaposed with something more recent and modern. The waiters, so young and so talented, looked after us throughout the dinner: with their kindness and attentiveness, they knew how to enhance this wonderful experience with kindness. I absolutely recommend their bruschetta with luganega sausage and their saffron risotto: one of the best I've ever eaten in my life!!!
The chef kindly brought us the cheese and jam platter and explained it to us, offering us an extra cheese on our plate.
To finish, two delicious and unique chocolates were offered to accompany our coffee.
In this magical, welcoming, quiet, elegant, warm, and rustic place, if you choose to come for dinner, you'll spend an evening that will remain in your heart.
One gem I'd like to highlight: the owner, who walks among the guests' tables, asks how the evening is going, discreetly leaves the room if a dish is arriving, and chats with the guests, makes you feel at home! Just like a mother who worries about whether her children have eaten and are satisfied! In a historical period where closeness to others is increasingly lacking, finding a place like this warms the heart.
I want to let the chef know that his delicacy, kindness, and humility add even more value to the incredible and exquisite dishes he prepares.

A bistro in a fantastic historical setting. To reach the dining room, you pass through a museum room with many local historical artifacts.
Meanwhile, the aromas from the kitchen fill your stomach.
A comfortable, warm atmosphere. The service is friendly, professional, and family-like.
A surprising menu, given the quality of the products.
During a business lunch, we were drawn in and tried all the dishes, sharing a home-like atmosphere.
Recommended, I'll be back soon.

The prices are way too high for the quality of the food served, the ambiance, and the location... for €75 a head, in my opinion, the food should be perfect. However, both starters (a tagliolini and a risotto), which were very expensive because they had white truffle, were really poorly executed. It's a shame. I don't recommend it.

Sunday lunch... Good food, attentive, precise, and friendly service.
Value for money needs to be reconsidered; it's a bit pricey... a mushroom risotto for €22 seems a bit too much...
Anyway, it's a place we'll return to.

The dishes (portions are just adequate) are of excellent quality, some creative and different from traditional cuisine.

The outdoor space where we had lunch was lovely, but from what I saw, the inside dining room also seemed very welcoming.
The food was very good; perhaps not all the dishes were 100% successful—for example, we would have liked the tagliolini with butter and truffle with a little more butter—but we didn't notice any obvious mistakes on the part of the kitchen.
The cured meats appetizer was high-quality and not at all small, perfect for two.
The cutlet was good, as were the desserts.
The service was good, though definitely not speedy. Not a big problem for a Sunday lunch, but it's best not to rush, especially if the restaurant is busy.
Definitely worth trying again.
