We had dinner at this great restaurant, inside because it was November, but the small terrace looked very nice. We opted for the classic, enormous T-bone steak, cooked to perfection, accompanied by a delicious local wine.

A truly charming trattoria in a charming setting. The welcome was warm. We had the house appetizer, which was very good, followed by laganari with capocollo mushrooms and caciotta cheese, which were out of this world. The burrata with pesto was too oily. We were less impressed with the innovative bombette and the sausages. The traditional bombette, however, were very good. Overall, the prices were a bit above average, and the wait was a bit long, so much so that between courses we wandered through the beautiful streets of the historic center. Overall, is it worth it? Yes. Would I return? Yes.

A charming trattoria with indoor and outdoor seating in a quaint alleyway in Cisternino. Typical Apulian dishes, well-prepared and served with friendly service. Prices are reasonable.

Good meat, with plenty of choices, and a pasta pomodori that our kids loved. It's a shame the service rushes you. You don't feel like you're being personally attended to, but rather treated like a number.

On a rainy day - I had come to the the bombette and was not disappointed. By going to the butcher entrance I could pick between so many options and they cooked them there for me to to take away. I asked for their recommendations and was NOT disappointed.

Dinner for four adults, but we only had two appetizers, two main courses, three desserts, and half a bottle of red wine.
The bombette in various versions were excellent.
The tiramisu was good.

Locale molto tipico con tavoli all’esterno. Tagliere di salumi … senza senso e primo dai sapori di 1 volta. Assolutamente consigliato!
