A family-run trattoria serving quality local produce. The maccheroni al torchio with game ragù is excellent. The wine list is impressive.

For me, it's the best trattoria in the province. Simple, welcoming, and authentic. The food is excellent. I'm celiac, and they have options for me, too. A place where you feel at home, simply inimitable.

Well-kept and very characteristic trottoria, really good wines with exceptional dishes, warm and very welcoming staff and above all very professional, comfortable place, available for everything, excellent quality food, a truly fantastic trattoria, I highly recommend it to everyone

The food was truly authentic and delicious, prices also very friendly (took pasta with ragu, cappelletti with butter and stake for seconds). The owner was very welcoming, the atmosphere was like sitting at owner's living room, all tables talking between each other. Our dog was welcome as well.

27/08/2025: I love Casteldario's risottos, and I think I've tried and appreciated just about every one of its restaurants, all specializing in the area's signature dish, risotto. I recently went to Trattoria Cusmana for the first time, and it was a delightful surprise. It must be said that we travel from Brescia just to eat risottos, and the quality we were served was truly exceptional, I think it's hard to beat. The portions are generous, the atmosphere is welcoming, the staff friendly, and the prices reasonable. The view of the castle is also charming. I can't comment on the rest of the menu, which is very attractive... but we'll try to explore it further soon. We've promised ourselves we'll return soon; we were all so happy. It's about an hour and a half from home, but we're truly extraordinarily rewarded and satisfied.
12/08/2025: Huge plates...you definitely won't leave hungry. My favorite dish: Rice with sautéed vegetables 🔝
