Acceptable quality/price ratio, lately the prices have risen considerably. Familiar and discreet atmosphere, very refined in its simplicity, full of history. The variety is not very wide being a typical Trentino trattoria. But everything is excellent, from the giardiniera to the carne salada, perhaps the best I have ever tasted, tender and tasty, you can cut it with a fork!! The apple and amaretti cake, the strudel, the wine and the coffee are good!!!

Excellent carne salada made by them accompanied by already seasoned borlotti beans. Also good the canederli... Highly recommended!!!

Typical trattoria with excellent traditional local Trentino dishes. The cured meats are excellent and the carne salada, both raw and cooked, is in my opinion the best in the area. The cost is slightly higher than similar places but everything is justified by the quality of the products. The only flaw, we were not presented with a menu with the cost of the dishes but they were listed by the waitress, thus not allowing us to know the price of the same in advance.

Dinner for a couple in this typical trattoria, friendly service and local dishes. The dumplings were good and they kindly divided us into two portions, the salted meat was good and the berry tart was excellent. Advised!

We have been coming to this place for several years, mainly for the salted meat (raw and cooked) which is the main dish of the place. Nothing to say about the food, always good. The dumplings aren't bad either, but I've tasted better ones... Sufficient service, but could be improved. What I noticed this year was an increase in prices which lowers the total quality/price ratio... too bad... now the prices are more restaurant-like than trattoria-like.

Esperienza culinaria indimenticabile ad Arco! Siamo stati in questo ristorante tipico trentino e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. La qualità del cibo è eccellente: piatti tradizionali preparati con ingredienti freschi e di alta qualità. Ogni boccone ci ha regalato un'autentica esperienza del territorio, dal profumo dei piatti alla loro presentazione. Ottima carne salada! Ma quello che ha reso ancora più speciale la nostra visita è stata l’accoglienza del personale. Gentilezza e disponibilità sono state le parole d’ordine, facendoci sentire subito a casa. Il servizio è stato attento, senza essere invadente, e ci ha permesso di rilassarci e gustare il nostro pranzo in un ambiente molto accogliente. Un grazie speciale a tutto lo staff per aver reso il nostro pranzo di una bella domenica di carnevale assolata e piacevole. Lo consigliamo vivamente a chiunque voglia assaporare la vera cucina trentina, accompagnata da un servizio impeccabile ed un conto onesto. Consigliatissimo! Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!

Menù limitato, antipasto con selezione di salumi (di qualità). Primi da scegliere fra canederli in brodo, al burro, o al ragù (non erano buoni) Secondo limitato a carne salada cotta e fagioli borlotti (ottima qualità). Selezione di 4 dolci caserecci, ho scelto torta di mele con amaretti (convinto dalle recensioni lette in precedenza) buona, ma niente di che. Pagato troppo, e anche a noi, rigorosamente senza scontrino/ricevuta.
