Very familiar environment suitable for a cheerful evening with friends.
The starters: in the reign of His Majesty, the Carne Salda, I savored and ate various typical cured meats and vegetables in oil and vinegar.
As a first course I chose Orzetto: a truly delicious soup that I preferred to Canederli since I have already eaten it several times around the Dolomites.
As a second course, Carne Salda again, but this time cooked: a delight.
The dessert: the strudel....... tasting is believing
Typical red and white Trentino wines.
The attentive and precise service, the cheerful and particularly helpful staff.
Large reserved parking.
For those passing through Arco, I recommend a culinary stop.

Family run restaurant. There is no menu, we asked for it but we were told that the dishes were communicated to us "orally", without the related costs. As a couple, we had 2 raw carne salada and 2 cooked carne salada, served with pickles and beans. A dessert. 72 euros.

Fantastic experience, very good starter, the salted meat both cooked and raw is wonderful and soft, even the desserts are fabulous. Simple but very good menu.

Typical local food of excellent quality, with delightful and attentive service (we fell in love with the grandmother). Fixed stop every time I return to the Arco area.

Clean environment, very welcoming and helpful staff, excellent food, quick but not rushed service.
The only note, the bill: although the menu prices were absolutely acceptable, surcharges were applied without any warning: dishes later defined as "abundant" received at the table but not requested as such and without specification of additional costs, appetizer tripled in price (and in portions, but also in this case without request or specification). The bill still remains in line, but knowing that we can spend less and get a higher receipt for choices not made by us always leaves a bitter taste in the mouth.

I went to this place some time ago on the recommendation of a friend.
I found the place nice, not very modern but this is the characteristic of the place.
I ate both cooked and raw salà meat, both delicious.
Friendly and very helpful staff.
I recommend the visit to anyone who is nearby, it is worth it.
