I went there today for lunch for the first time, the Trentino cuisine dishes were excellent, the main dish was the carne salada cooked with beans, the starter was amazing and the first courses delicious, top service and beautiful atmosphere, it's better to book first, I will definitely go back, thanks to my friend Marco from Rovereto who took us 👍👍👍👍

We left from VR on the recommendation of a Trentino local... a typical restaurant with several small rooms, the dishes were just right, the dumplings were good, the meat was salà, raw, uncooked... But for the price, the quality was okay... but in such a small space, there were too many dogs under the tables! It was practically a kennel. I wonder, do you know what these pseudo-animal lovers have to say about their sense of smell? Why do you bring them there to drive them crazy? Basically, I don't think I'll go back.

Acceptable quality/price ratio, lately the prices have risen considerably. Familiar and discreet atmosphere, very refined in its simplicity, full of history. The variety is not very wide being a typical Trentino trattoria. But everything is excellent, from the giardiniera to the carne salada, perhaps the best I have ever tasted, tender and tasty, you can cut it with a fork!! The apple and amaretti cake, the strudel, the wine and the coffee are good!!!

Excellent carne salada made by them accompanied by already seasoned borlotti beans. Also good the canederli... Highly recommended!!!

03/01/2026: An excellent and delicious experience. A typical Trentino restaurant with all their best specialties, well-maintained and with a super relaxing atmosphere. The aromas from the kitchen immerse you in their delicious offerings. The staff is polite and courteous, dressed in their traditional costumes. Fast and punctual. Well done, see you next time!

16/12/2025: We only used the restaurant service. The building looks very nice from the outside; I think it was renovated fairly recently. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, however, the dining area isn't very well-kept; we noticed stains on the tablecloth and some dust. The decor/furnishings are a bit disorganized. But the real problem is the quality of the food: acceptable but not exceptional. My tortelli were very dry, and the lasagna was also a bit dry and flavorless. I understand they're focusing much more on the hotel side of things, but with a little more effort, it could become excellent in every way. The prices are quite reasonable for the area.
05/10/2025: Excellent restaurant. First course, second course, and dessert with two covers and two hot drinks cost around €35. Super welcoming staff, including a very friendly waiter who even cracked a few jokes. Really welcoming.
