Trattoria Belvedere In Arco

We have been coming to this place for several years, mainly for the salted meat (raw and cooked) which is the main dish of the place. Nothing to say about the food, always good. The dumplings aren't bad either, but I've tasted better ones... Sufficient service, but could be improved. What I noticed this year was an increase in prices which lowers the total quality/price ratio... too bad... now the prices are more restaurant-like than trattoria-like.

Unforgettable culinary experience in Arco! We went to this typical Trentino restaurant and had a really great time. The quality of the food is excellent: traditional dishes prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Every bite gave us an authentic experience of the area, from the aroma of the dishes to their presentation. Excellent salted meat! But what made our visit even more special was the welcome of the staff. Kindness and helpfulness were the watchwords, making us immediately feel at home. The service was attentive, without being intrusive, and allowed us to relax and enjoy our lunch in a very welcoming environment. A special thank you to all the staff for making our lunch on a beautiful carnival Sunday sunny and pleasant. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants to savor true Trentino cuisine, accompanied by impeccable service and an honest bill. Highly recommended! We can't wait to return!

Menù limitato, antipasto con selezione di salumi (di qualità). Primi da scegliere fra canederli in brodo, al burro, o al ragù (non erano buoni) Secondo limitato a carne salada cotta e fagioli borlotti (ottima qualità). Selezione di 4 dolci caserecci, ho scelto torta di mele con amaretti (convinto dalle recensioni lette in precedenza) buona, ma niente di che. Pagato troppo, e anche a noi, rigorosamente senza scontrino/ricevuta.

Trattoria a gestione familiare. Non c'è menù, lo abbiamo chiesto ma ci è stato detto che i piatti ci venivano comunicati "a voce", peraltro senza i relativi costi. In coppia, abbiamo preso 2 carne salada cruda e 2 carne salada cotta, serviti con sottaceti e fagiuoli. Un dolce. 72 euro.
