Trattoria near the Mart Museum. As soon as you enter, you're transported to another era. Daily specials and also à la carte. An elderly lady served us immediately and was very kind. Delicious traditional dishes and excellent value. Substantial dishes. We'll return as soon as possible.

We (a couple) stumbled upon this trattoria by chance. Lunch. Outside. The atmosphere is relaxed, so you shouldn't be under any time pressure yourself. The menu is rather small. The food is home-style cooking in the truest sense of the word. The restaurant is also popular with locals for lunch. What we ordered was excellently prepared. The food was a delight. The service was very friendly, attentive, and unobtrusive. We highly recommend this restaurant!

The tagliatelle with truffles are excellent, and the herb dumplings are delicious. The ricotta and blueberry tart is worth the trip. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

Rustic home cooking in a family run restaurant. House wine is very quaffable. The menu has both the Italian and Austrian influences. This was our first meal on our trip to the area and it didn’t disappoint. All dishes were brilliant. Spritz was €4.50. Closes at 3pm during the week.

Esta era una pequeña y agradable trattoria con un menú pequeño pero bien redondeado con excelentes platos. Justo al lado de una calle principal que se puede dejar pasar fácilmente por una ruta más llena de sol, pero se perdería un muy buen restaurante.

13/07/2025: We had a truly enjoyable stay at Agriturismo ai Castioni. The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature, with easy access to electric car charging, very convenient for travelers like us. Each evening, we were treated to delicious homemade dinners, made with care and local ingredients. The wine selection was a real highlight as well, featuring a variety of bottles from the surrounding area that perfectly complemented the meals. The service throughout our stay was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly, which made us feel right at home. The only small regret was that we didn’t get one of the rooms with a balcony and lake view because it looked stunning! Still, everything else more than made up for it.

Pasticceria Linda

16/09/2025: Linda has been my go-to place for over twenty years every time I visit Garfagnana. The staff is incredibly friendly, the food is excellent, from appetizers to desserts, and the prices are fair.
25/08/2025: Good home cooking, Tuscan specialties, with outdoor seating in a cool garden, and a good quality-price ratio.
