Trattoria Baylik In

Dopo un rientro abbastanza convulso, a causa del mare mosso, dalle straordinarie isole Eolie, dopo le 15.00 abbiamo provato a prenotare da Baylik, per gustare i famosi spaghetti alla carbonara di pesce spada. Lo chef Fortunato Zappia, insieme alla super efficiente e bellissima Carolina ci ha accolto nonostante il grande ritardo. Che dire, la carbonara di pesce spada è un'esperienza che va fatta, perché ti riconcilia con la vita e ti fa dimenticare la brutta traversata. Carolina al servizio è stata velocissima e professionale, immediatamente ha portato un pane buonissimo croccate fuori e morbido dentro fatto di farine scure, che abbiamo divorato, nella breve attesa dei piatti scelti. Il menù è molto vario e i costi sono contenuti nonostante l'eccellente qualità dei piatti proposti. Oltre alla carbonara di pesce spada consiglio la frittura di pesce e per finire il gelato alle creme fatto dalle mani sapienti del nostro chef Fortunato. Bravi, torneremo presto!

It's very delicious. I often bring my friends to this restaurant. The owner is very friendly and the ingredients are very fresh. If I could, I would like to come here every day!

Historic place in Reggio Calabria, I go there with pleasure every time I happen to be in that area especially for the delicious swordfish carbonara.

The food was good, the place was nice and quiet. We had stuffed calamari and squid. The only downside was that they didn't have local beer, only imported.

Il servizio è ottimo, il cibo di qualità e il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, raccomando il ristorante sia per una cena tra amici che per una serata romantica, sicuramente tornerò. Hanno anche opzioni per varie intolleranze.

Excellent quality food and nice environment. The girls are very courteous, helpful, attentive and very good...the only big flaw is the waiting time....infinite and more than an hour and a half...between the order and the first course

High quality raw materials beautifully prepared. The owner/chef is very friendly and ready to recommend dishes. Good wine selection. Very good and very fresh cold starters. The seafood carbonara, very good, the cuttlefish ink rice very delicate but at the same time tasty. Spectacular impatu sword (breaded and grilled). The place is a bit hidden. Congratulations anyway.
