Typical Romagna trattoria, family run, all quality products, pasta made by them. Menu not too extensive, but that's how it should be in a restaurant. Wine and oil of their own production. Courteous and family service. The only flaw is that the premises have not changed over time. Low prices, considering the raw material. Well done Liverani family.

Historic place in Faenza, typical traditional dishes, menu with not too much variety of choice to always guarantee quality and authenticity. The home-made first courses are good, as are the second courses, famous for the roast pigeon and mutton. Among the desserts, I certainly recommend the ricotta dessert typical of the area.
Staff always punctual and courteous.

We felt very good this evening. Cozy place worthy of a trattoria. Very delicious dishes including stuffed artichokes, tagliatelle and coppa and yet sausage. For those who go on holiday to Faenza you should go to Cesare or have lunch there

Restaurant like it used to be. We stopped for dinner and immediately felt at ease, it is the classic Trattoria popular with truckers that never disappoints anyone. Really low prices, which especially in these times of inflation are very convenient. Absolutely recommended.
February 17, 2024. I went in out of curiosity, highly recommended by some colleagues from Faenza who had read conflicting reviews.
We ate very well.
Homemade cooking...everything very good.
Typical place. People welcomed.
