We had dinner and slept in this old-fashioned trattoria.
Excellent traditional Piedmontese dishes and clean, comfortable rooms. Fabulous breakfast with homemade products. Fabulous jams and desserts.

We stayed one night in this familiar and welcoming establishment.
The simple but clean room, convenient parking, quiet location.
Having also had dinner we can say that the managers cook really well and the products are of high quality. Ditto for breakfast with sweet and savory.
Absolutely fair price for what is offered.
The owners are very courteous people and ready to give advice on what to do in the surrounding area.

I only used the restaurant service, the whole thing is a small time machine, due to the human warmth of the owners, the furnishings and the flavors of the historic dishes of the area.
Handmade pasta made from buckwheat, with mushroom-based condiments, absolutely superb cured meats accompanied by homemade preserves, as are the desserts.
It's not just around the corner, but if you take a trip even just to enjoy the surprising autumn colors that characterize this valley, the visit will be a tasty surprise for all palates.

il posto ha un’atmosfera familiare, il menù propone piatti legati al territorio. Abbiamo preso un tagliere di affettati, crespelle con zucca e ricotta di pecora, gnocchi di zucca con gorgonzola e noci, tagliatelle ai funghi e diversi dolci. I salumi erano molto buoni, le crespelle fantastiche, gli gnocchi erano buoni anche se il sapore del gorgonzola copriva un po’ troppo la zucca, mentre le tagliatelle erano molto buone ed i funghi freschi e saporiti, con qualche erba o spezia che però purtroppo dava un po’ fastidio in bocca nel mangiare. I dolci erano buonissimi!! Il rapporto qualità prezzo è veramente buono.

Trattoria in Re Verbania, I think I ate the best mushroom risotto of my life. Fresh mushrooms picked by the owner, cold cuts appetizers, house wine, all excellent, we will definitely be back👌
