If you pass by Pisoniano, you can't miss Trattoria Bacco: a place that smells of authenticity and tradition. We ate the best carbonara in Rome - creamy, tasty and above all made with love by Massimo, as only those who really know Roman cuisine can do. The atmosphere is quiet, welcoming, it almost feels like being at home. Special thanks go to our waitress, Vivien (I hope I spelled her name correctly), of a kindness and skill that is rare to find. Always smiling, attentive and professional, she made our lunch even more pleasant. If you are looking for a place to eat well, relax and feel pampered, Trattoria Bacco is the perfect choice. Rather small restaurant but very welcoming as are the staff. Good Roman cuisine, excellent raw materials such as the cold cuts, the Matriciana bacon, I have the meat, beautiful strong combinations as Roman cuisine must be.....if you don't like too spicy cuisine, warn the chef because as they say in Rome "je da sotto de ugly with chilli"😂😂😂 be careful when setting up the Bacco restaurant because just before arriving at your destination, Google Maps makes you take a dead-end road and going back is quite complicated

Locale molto curato ed accogliente. Il proprietario Massimo, persona cordiale gentilissimo e cuoco eccellente, ci ha accolto con gentilezza, come se ci fossimo conosciuti da sempre. il pranzo ottimo, fettuccine ai porcini, carbonara, tutto molto buono, contorni buonissimi...consigliatissimo

Chef Massimo will make you try the cuisine of the past. Small place but full of love for cooking. The pasta with cod (sagne with cod) and the grilled meat are absolutely worth trying. We ate the lamb. Cod sagne by reservation only. Very honest prices.
