19/04/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at Trattoria San Giovanni and the experience was excellent in every respect. From the first moment you can feel a welcoming, familiar atmosphere, with friendly and attentive but never intrusive service. The staff is knowledgeable and available to recommend dishes and pairings, which made the evening even more pleasant. The meal began with a varied appetizer, full of delicious options ranging from quality cured meats, local cheeses and other local specialties: every taste was a discovery. The pasta was tasty and well seasoned, with genuine sauces that recall traditional cuisine but with a touch of personality. The real highlight, however, were the cuts of meat: tender, tasty and perfectly cooked. You can perceive the quality of the raw materials and the care taken in preparation. From the mixed grill to the finest cuts, each dish lived up to expectations. The portions are generous, which makes the quality-price ratio even more interesting. It is the classic place where you leave satisfied, both for your palate and for the relaxed and authentic atmosphere. I highly recommend Trattoria San Giovanni to anyone looking for genuine cuisine, plentiful and full of flavour, in an environment that makes you feel at home. I will definitely return, perhaps with friends, to share another wonderful gastronomic experience.
