Trattoria Ammentos In Olmedo

The food was okay, and the service was perfectly fine, but the atmosphere was more like a snack bar. As tourists, we seemed to be the only ones there during the off-season. We found it relatively expensive compared to other restaurants.

A restaurant with delicious Sardinian dishes, especially the fish dishes, which are sublime. The service is very friendly and helpful. Inside, you can see directly into the kitchen. You can see the two chefs preparing your meal with great care and passion. Both inside and outside, it's a wonderful place to relax.

It wasn't very busy on a Saturday night (most people probably go for pizza), so it was great for us because we didn't have to wait and were served right away. They were very kind in sending our daughter's order right away (she's a hungry 3-year-old). The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent! Paccheri with pistachio and shrimp pesto and linguine with clams and bottarga were delicious! The house Vermentino, made by them, was delicious! Highly recommended!
