Trattoria Alla cisterna In Biella

Small trattoria right in the beautiful Piazza Cisterna (from which it takes its name). The place is quite small... there isn't a lot of space between the tables, on the other hand the food is excellent (we had two risottos and a hamburger with potatoes) and the kindness and attention of the waiters is truly exquisite. The homemade desserts are delicious!!

Regardless of the place being beautiful and characteristic, I must say that we were almost chased away, this is because we didn't have a full lunch like the other diners. This is not how a business should behave because you don't spend at least 50 euros each. We will definitely not go back to them.

If you want a real italian food experience, this is it. Not fancy, not a great menu but the best food, just italian delicious

Very small place, it's cramped, normal menu tastes normal and the portions are the same, don't expect anything but all in all there could be worse.

We had The best experience in this cozy nice place, food was top level, service literally excellent. The guys are very expedite when serving the food, the wine from the house "Rosso" is amazing for the price. Honestly there is nothing that could be done better. Highly recommended.

I ate well, at a trattoria. In the absence of space inside, in the small room overlooking the square, they proposed the outdoor space under the porticoes. At the end of November it seems like a difficult choice but the sun with wine and good food warmed us up. A place I would return to, perhaps booking in advance.

Trattoria in bella posizione al borgo del Piazzo. Buona cucina casalinga in un ambiente spartano. Piatti della tradizione, semplici ma ben eseguiti. Servizio nei tempi giusti e prezzo corretto.

Durante la nostra visita alla Fondazione Cittadellarte di Pistoletto, ci siamo fermati a pranzo in questa trattoria situata nella zona alta di Biella, proprio in piazza Cisterna. Abbiamo provato come antipasti il classico vitello tonnato, un tagliere di affettati e formaggio, tortelli al burro con tartufo , classica bistecca con patate al forno e per concludere un bonet.... E' stato tutto di nostro gradimento, piatti semplici, ma gustosi e tradizionali. Sia al nostro arrivo che durante il servizio , il personale si è dimostrato molto accogliente, gentile, simpatico.... Che dire, una vera trattoria!!!
