Excellent welcome, simple and excellent discreet style. Apartment always very clean and well equipped with heating always on. Panoramic view of the mountains. The location is exceptional, on the side of the town which can be reached on foot in just 2 minutes. Campo Stella for the first lift can be reached in 25 minutes, it takes a little longer to reach Mount Terminillo. Suitable for families or even groups of any age for a decidedly quiet and intimate holiday, certainly for nature lovers. Only for breakfast I would invite a more varied and complete service, everyone at their table only found biscuits, jam and a croissant type.

Enchanting place, full of charm in an impeccable natural context, the service is efficient and composed of kind and competent waiters. Place full of attractions.

Una trattoria semplice. Non c'è menù, ma dicono a voce le portate (come ai vecchi tempi). La grigliata di carne era ottima ed anche la cicoria. Il vino della casa passabile. Prezzo onestissimo!

Se pensi di andare in un classico posto dove scegliere dal menu, essere servito come i grandi ristoranti e pretendere tovaglie di seta e vini di alta classe hai sbagliato posto! Da felicetta c'è solo genuinità, storia, semplicità e quei sapori di una volta che solo qui il tempo sembra non sbiadire. Prezzi di un altro pianeta. Simpatia ed onestà. Cos'altro volete??? Fosse per me, non venite, così trovo posto più facilmente ;)

We stopped for lunch on Sunday. We didn't eat badly, but I find it wrong not to offer a written menu with at least the dishes of the day.
