Trattoria Alba In Cremona

We came across this restaurant almost by chance: we often drive past it and finally decided to stop... what a great discovery! We ate very well, the dishes were tasty, plentiful and prepared with top quality ingredients. The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, we immediately felt at ease. There were 5 of us and we ordered different dishes, everything was excellent, with great attention to flavours and presentation. The owner was there to welcome and serve us, very kind and friendly, at the end of the meal the chef (her husband) also came to our table to say hello. A truly appreciated gesture that shows how much they care about their customers. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Passing by, we went there. Nice place, even the entrance. Friendly staff. Excellent and quality food. Worth trying. We would go back.

I'm looking for a place to grab a bite, we're "passing through", I book and there it is, courtesy and helpfulness! And then, the surprise, the clean and pleasant place, the exceptional staff. The right amount of time to savor the dishes! Only two for us, we'll have to drive back, but, typical Cremonese! The risotto with braised beef in Barolo and their fresh pasta with stracciatella! Amazing! Both to see and to taste! Their bread is exceptional! To try if you pass through Cremona.

Lunch for 2 Sunday lunch: very good food from appetizer to dessert. I have to compliment especially for the snails that were excellent. I was surprised by the fact that in the whole place we were only 6 customers, in my opinion for the cuisine it deserves more.

Tipica trattoria che ci accoglie con un ambiente familiare che già mette a proprio agio e rilassante. Pur trovandosi a breve distanza dallo stadio “Zini” di Cremona (ottimo quindi visti gli orari delle partite anche per pranzi i cene pre o post gara) non vi sono difficoltà di accesso ne di parcheggio a breve distanza dal locale. Lasciarsi accogliere dagli antipasti tipici cremonesi e’ il miglio modo per entrare in questo mondo di sapori. Anche l’ambiente e gli arredi sobri e tipici della trattoria rendono tutto perfettamente in armonia. I primi ed i secondi piatti proposti, molti dei quali già di rassegne gastronomiche tipiche di Cremona, permettono di spaziare alla ricerca del gusto più autentico e raffinato. Carni e bolliti ovviamente al centro dell’attenzione, magari con un po’ di mostarda che qui’ non può mancare. La carta dei vini ricca e variegata può soddisfare. Non ci reta che chiudere in bontà con dolci fatti in casa per lasciarci tentare fino all’ultimo. Un buon rapporto qualità / prezzo pone la trattoria Alba davvero consigliabile.

Excelente bollito, buen pistacho cremoso tagliatelle bañado con un muy buen Vermentino de Toscana. Buen servicio, mesas adecuadas. No demasiado caro. Muy recomendable.

We ate well and the place is really nice. The name of the place says trattoria but in my opinion it is more than a trattoria and that explains the only flaw of the evening is the price perhaps a little above average for what we ate.

Today 14/03 I was at Trattoria Alba, I ate very well, in Cremona from today onwards it will be my place to eat!!!!

Cenare al quarto è un'esperienza, Pesce incredibile, ricercato. A Cremona il miglior crudo. Ostriche introvabili, squisite. Serata speciale.
