I'm back at Sub. What can I say? All the dishes are prepared with care. The menu is written on a blackboard. Everything is very good. The staff is friendly, but if you want to eat there, make a reservation. The place is small.

The trattoria is small but welcoming, and the staff is kind, friendly, and ready to answer any questions about the dishes they offer.
The dishes were each more delicious than the last, and even the dishes at other tables were mouth-watering!
The prices are more than fair; it's worth a visit, but book in advance if you're passing by!

One of the best seafood restaurants in Trieste! (Okay, you have to book at least two weeks in advance, but it's definitely worth it.) Spectacular seafood, truly delicious appetizers, first courses, and second courses, all expertly cooked (if they have the "cape longhe" (long rib steaks), definitely order them!). Excellent value for money!

What can I say? It's a well-deserved 9, but the hot appetizers and other first courses are VERY salty. They're good, but you'll be thirsty all night. I've said this many times, but so far... I'll definitely be back.

Last night was truly a wonderful surprise!
I've never been to both.
The restaurant with its exposed stone walls is beautiful, well-kept, and intimate.
The owners are very kind and knowledgeable. They're always smiling and friendly.
The fish is truly delicious and carefully prepared, with simple presentation (just how I like it), and the accompanying vegetables are excellent. Large portions.
Super fair prices.
Well done! We'll be back.
