Good food. The first time we were 4 people and a first course arrived after everyone had finished eating. The waiter was very apologetic. The second time we were 5 and since 3 people had ordered a first course and 2 a second course (same second course) we asked if it was possible for the courses to arrive all together and we were told that it was impossible. The waiting time for coffee was really excessive...we had to ask for it 3 times.

Great experience during a business trip. Elegant but traditional at the same time. The level of the dishes is excellent, as plating and raw materials. Good service. Beautiful outside, medium/high price but in line with the quality and location... the name trattoria leads astray...

Sono venuta più volte al Parco per festeggiare degli eventi importanti e l’esperienza è stata sempre TOP! Raffinato ma anche tradizionale: piatti ben collaudati, servizio celere e sempre organizzato. Stavolta ho scelto come antipasto Polipo impanato nel Panko su crema di porri e finocchi: buono, croccante e saporito. Imperdibili i loro risotti, questo aveva un mix di sapori ed un profumo incredibile: Tartare di gambero, agrumi, sfere di Aperol. Cremoso, ben mantecato ma fresco per la tartare di pesce e gli agrumi: avrei preso il bis! Buoni anche i dolci: ho assaggiato il Semifreddo al cioccolato Bianco con agrumi e il Cremoso alla nocciola con gelato alla vaniglia e gelèe di lamponi. Tutti ben presentati e bilanciati. La sorpresa finale è stato il piatto di frittelle mele e uvetta (siccome siamo in periodo di Carnevale) appena fritte gentilmente offerte dalla casa. Questo locale è sempre una garanzia e sono sicura che ci tornerò presto!

14/07/2025: I've been here several times with my wife and have always been very satisfied with the quality of the food, the ambience, and the value for money. This time we were here with a group of 10 friends and, with the very attentive service, we were able to arrange a special menu (the same for everyone): a small portion of each of the offered starters for each of us, accompanied by the matching wine (from the in-house winery), and dessert at the end. The quantity was just right; all the dishes were very good and offered a good overview of Friulian specialties. The price was more than reasonable; we were all very satisfied. As with all good restaurants, always make a reservation!
10/07/2025: This place was recommended to us by the lady at our hotel. Although our expectations were already high, as it was described as the best in Cividale, they were not only confirmed but even exceeded. The dishes were each better than the last, the quality of the ingredients was exceptional, all accompanied by their excellent home-produced wine and, above all, the incredibly kind staff, especially the owner. Highly recommended! Thank you!
