Amazing experience... appetizers of cured meats and cheeses... delicious and plentiful... polenta with lard, the lard was remarkable, it melted in your mouth... plenty of mixed grill with grilled vegetables... top... the dessert was a sorbet with salted caramel.....wow... highly recommended

We went on a Monday evening after booking, with friends who had stopped by the house to visit me, and seeing as they come from far away and wanted to dine with typical dishes, we opted to come here! Ordered as an appetizer a mixture of cured meats served on very good long wooden cutting boards. Then we ordered the risotto with the classic tastasal and some with the classic addition of ribs and chop and I was a little disappointed with regards to the cooking of the rice and the quality of the tastasal. The rice was grainy but very overcooked and dry, the tastasal was almost lifeless, I don't know if you understand me correctly, it was almost tasteless and if I had also added the cheese served on the table I would have said that everything was mixed together. Then we also ordered risotto with Pessin and the same as regards the rice, except that it was seasoned with a lot of frying oil in my opinion where the fish is cooked to enhance the flavor and I found it heavy too greasy. Some friends had some first courses of tortelli and if I had to give a rating by hearing their opinions from 0 to 10 I would say 7. Ordered some mixed salads, those were ok, the classic coffees were very good, the quality of the coffee was excellent. All in all I will go back again, also because other times, I have dined with grilled meat and since you can choose the meat directly from the refrigerated counter upon entry, here the quality is there and the cooking is excellent also because it is served at the stone table boiling hot and the cooking is finished just as you are enjoying it. Very good desserts for me nothing to say! Now I tell the managers not to take this review of mine as a criticism but as a starting point to always perfect your dishes, the local specialties Tastasal Pessin the Fried Fish ...
