We found it by chance, and couldn't have come across it any better. Excellent food, a family atmosphere, and helpful staff.

Looking for a no-frills place to eat well and at a fair price? Here it is... A rather basic restaurant. Typical cuisine with generous and very good dishes. They always offer very interesting off-menu options. Convenient parking in front of the restaurant. And after eating, all the splendor of the Val di Non is just a stone's throw away... Recommended.

This restaurant embodies the authentic trattoria of yesteryear: simple and welcoming. Located adjacent to the old road to the Val di Non, it has parking on the opposite side. The cuisine is a pleasant surprise, with tasty traditional dishes without the frills that can often be cloying. Well, what can I say? I found the pork shank with potatoes excellent!

We came to this restaurant with friends… I have to say, the selection was truly excellent, with a wide selection of traditional dishes, a well-kept and tidy place, generous portions, and reasonable prices! Must try!

A traditional and quaint trattoria on the old main road near the end of the Val di Non. Both the exterior and interior are rustic, and the cuisine is delicious, home-style, and typical of the area. The portions are generous and the prices reasonable. The service is good, and the owner is friendly.

12/01/2026: Simple, but very, very good! Emilian cuisine above Trento. Excellent cold cuts platters with gnocchi fritti and crescenti. Good wines on tap. Many locals. Friendly, uncomplicated service. Very authentic! Check out the daily specials (risotto, maialino).
03/01/2026: We went for lunch today with two small children; we were just passing through. The food was divine; the slow-cooked rabbit was finger-licking good, and my 18-month-old couldn't stop eating it. Everything was truly delicious! From the platter to the pumpkin tortelli. The second strong point was the service: the staff were incredibly kind and the owner was top-notch! Must try!!! Thanks again to the Gnoccata team.

07/01/2026: It was a great experience for us celiacs, too. The food was excellent and beautifully presented, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We went two days in a row because we felt right at home. Highly recommended!
03/01/2026: Everything was good. We had one of the pan-fried focaccias as an appetizer, which I recommend. I had the spaghetti with shrimp. The service was good, friendly, and courteous, and they never say no to any requests. The customer is important, and it shows. I highly recommend it.
