Unfortunately, given the positive reviews, my expectations were higher than what a restaurant can offer!! But for the price it's very good and the food isn't bad apart from the roe deer tagliatelle with cream, not at all!!!!

Even though 8 of us showed up close to closing time, the staff welcomed us with great courtesy. Delicious and abundant dishes. Special mention for the first ones. Low prices compared to average. Highly recommended!

Truly a very good restaurant where it really makes sense to stop and dedicate some time and dive into authentic mountain hospitality.
I had some fabulous ricotta and porcini gnocchi, but my girlfriend had some very, very good chestnut tortelli (I forgot to take a photo report, I apologize). This was then followed by braising in Teugoldero wine and a breathtaking cut.
To be repeated next year in the mountains

We had lunch at Paolo's, a group of 71 people. Tagliatelle with ragù and braised meat with sweet homemade polenta. Everything was excellent, friendly staff, impeccable service. I recommend it to everyone. Thank you!

trattoria frequentata da lavoratori e gente del posto ...quindi già una garanzia , comoda da arrivarci in quanto sulla strada e un parcheggio di fronte molto comodo , cibo ottimo , consiglio il tris di pasta , rapporto qualità prezzo più che buono ...da esperto lo consiglio

Mi trovavo con amici in vacanza dalle parti di Trento, e cercando un posto dove mangiare qualcosa mi sono imbattuto in questa trattoria lungo la strada.
Locale molto carino e caratteristico, a conduzione familiare, cucina a vista, personale gentile.
Consiglio lo stinco di maiale, veramente ottimo.
Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.
