very tasty food. lasagna, tagliata were great. dessert classic tiramisu and yogurt also very tasty. fast service, friendly. highly recommend, prices reasonable for 2 adults 60 euros: lasagna, tagliata, fennel baked, salad, Kalbsschnitzel mit Steinpilzen und Asiago-Käse , desserts 2 pcs. people full hall - locals trust love such places!!!

Reading most of the positive reviews, I'm surprised by my experience. Perhaps I came at the wrong time. There was only one gentleman serving, who was frankly very cold and so silent that we felt uncomfortable. As for the food, we weren't satisfied here either.

Just what you'd expect from a traditional trattoria. Delicious, home-style dishes, generous, and reasonably priced. First courses between €10 and €12, second courses between €12 and €16. Top.

We happened to drop by on a Sunday, the only place in the area open until 2:30 PM. A simple place in appearance but excellent in substance. Fast service. Wide omnivorous selection, good for vegetarians, none for vegans; very open to variations on the menu. Excellent meat cooking (outstanding cheeks) and quantity. A fantastic tiramisu with candied figs. Recommended.

01/11/2025: We had a great time, generous portions, homemade tagliatelle, excellent quality meat, friendly service, honest price!
31/10/2025: I only had a cappuccino after the guided tour of the gorge. The restaurant is right across the street. Even though I didn't sit down to eat, I was served with kindness, which I didn't notice when I returned my cup to the counter or when I left. Still, it's a pleasant place and a really beautiful garden.

07/11/2025: The food was very good, and the place was very welcoming, as were the staff. The service was fantastic, with very polite and cheerful people. Highly recommended for a quiet evening, whether with family or friends.
04/11/2025: We had lunch at the Vecchia Osteria, run by Emilians who have lived in Cavalese for years. They offer both Trentino and Emilian specialties. The Tuscan bruschetta is excellent, as is the Storo polenta with mushrooms and melted cheese.
