Truly a very good restaurant where it really makes sense to stop and dedicate some time and dive into authentic mountain hospitality. I had some fabulous ricotta and porcini gnocchi, but my girlfriend had some very, very good chestnut tortelli (I forgot to take a photo report, I apologize). This was then followed by braising in Teugoldero wine and a breathtaking cut. To be repeated next year in the mountains

We had lunch at Paolo's, a group of 71 people. Tagliatelle with ragù and braised meat with sweet homemade polenta. Everything was excellent, friendly staff, impeccable service. I recommend it to everyone. Thank you!

Small rustic local trattoria. Small but welcoming environment consisting of two rooms with a capacity of approximately 50/60 seats. Good cuisine, offering typical dishes. The place is a little out of the way from the town, it has a large square on the other side of the road for free parking.

A restaurant without too many pretensions which however offers a lot in terms of value for money (desserts aside, perhaps). All good. Recommended.

Stopped by chance for lunch as it was Monday and finding no places open, it was a pleasant surprise, everything was excellent and at reasonable prices

trattoria frequentata da lavoratori e gente del posto ...quindi già una garanzia , comoda da arrivarci in quanto sulla strada e un parcheggio di fronte molto comodo , cibo ottimo , consiglio il tris di pasta , rapporto qualità prezzo più che buono ...da esperto lo consiglio

Mi trovavo con amici in vacanza dalle parti di Trento, e cercando un posto dove mangiare qualcosa mi sono imbattuto in questa trattoria lungo la strada. Locale molto carino e caratteristico, a conduzione familiare, cucina a vista, personale gentile. Consiglio lo stinco di maiale, veramente ottimo. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Consigliato

04/01/2025: If I could give more stars I would have already given them...excellent pizza...and there is the possibility of also having the shovel type pizza...we didn't eat any other dishes but the ones that arrived at the other tables seemed really excellent. ...all very kind staff.....furthermore, the person who welcomed and served us, as well as being kind, was pleasantly Emilian...I highly recommend it to everyone...a simple and well-kept place as we like it... We will definitely be back to try other dishes Kitchen....
04/01/2025: For lunch: 1 starter and 4 first courses. Fair price. Average quality, quick and friendly service. The place can be improved and with some retouching it would improve the environment.

07/01/2025: A leap into Emilia Romagna cuisine, in a setting overlooking the Ponte Alto ravine, where the Fersina enters a spectacular canyon. You can't miss the cold cuts platters selected by Enrico directly from the best artisan producers, accompanied by giardiniera, pounded lard, pinzimonio and the excellent fried gnocchi and tigelle.
06/01/2025: Local a stone's throw from the Ponte Alto ravine. Fresh homemade pasta. We really had a great time. I recommend asking for the dishes of the day because the lasagna was a truly exceptional discovery. The staff is kind and attentive. The prices are fair although we would have preferred larger portions
