A little dated restaurant, but very well kept, clean, bright.
Friendly staff, prepared for all questions.
We chose to eat meat, everything was perfect. Next time we'll go for fish.

It is an environment with so much tradition and history.
The place, it still is, is isolated in the border countryside of Scorzè towards Montebelluna.
On market days the ritual was:
beard, hair...a portion of tripe and 1/4 of red wine!
It is impossible not to be curious, not to be amazed. Also because "Bepi", the penultimate generation of the management is there, kind and available to tell, as in the old threads, to show you the room where he keeps all the material: armchair, basin, scissors, razors...
It's a fascinating and relatively ancient world, at least for me.
The tradition is eel, cod, gnocchi, tripe, the first fruits of the season. Now: asparagus and peas.
Truly a welcome and above all unexpected surprise.

Avevo sentito parlare di questo posto.
La cucina è tipica veneta.
Tutto quel che abbiamo mangiato era molto buono. Eccellente il baccalà alla vicentina. Molto buone le tagliatelle fatte in casa al ragù d'anatra ( anche se le preferire senza sugo di pomodoro). Particolarissimo il masarin.
Personale molto gentile.
Tavola ben preparata con tovaglia e tovagliolo in tessuto.
Prezzi ottimo soprattutto in relazione alla qualità del cibo. Porzioni abbondanti.
Due pecche. Il locale era pieno ed era molto rumoroso. No capisco perché la gente debba parlare a voce alta.
I tempi di attesa un po' lunghi.
Comunque il mio voto totale è 9.
