Excellent variety and quality of meat cuts with a wide selection of wines. Price adequate for the quality and quantity of the dishes. They explained to us well the differences between the various breeds to order the Florentine. Must try.

The dishes were certainly good, the waiting times were a little too long, between the starter and the next dish which was a steak, 45 minutes of waiting seemed too long to me. The cost is average

I was at a family dinner, we ordered 3 ribs (about 1kg each), each with a different maturation.
I was disappointed for two reasons:
1) when they were brought to the table, they were not explained, but simply placed on the table pushing the various plates
2) they were too raw (I'm not talking about rare, I mean really raw).
I'll try to go again, but given the price of the individual ribs, I expected much more.

Dinner with colleagues, very good tartare, served with a knife, hand-spun mozzarella certainly uncommon especially in Veneto, interesting fried artichoke, steak served on a hot stone, therefore eaten hot until the end, very beautiful walls full of bottles of wine

I dined at the three fires for a business dinner at the beginning of March, nice place with ample parking,
very well looked after.
The dishes were really good and surprised me.
Even though the service was a little slow, it was worth it.
I recommend trying the tartare and carpaccio, they are among the best I have ever eaten. The side dishes, such as peas and artichoke, were also excellent.
The only thing I didn't like was the dessert, I tasted a piece of apricot tart, which didn't convince me. It's a shame, because the rest was really good!
