We dined with a group of 13, choosing the Roman menu. The meat was excellent, both in quality and preparation. The service was excellent, too. We recommend it to meat lovers with a capital C!

Undoubtedly the university of meat. Excellent trattoria-restaurant with a wide selection of meats. Extensive and excellent wine list for all tastes and budgets. Very professional staff who recommend both dishes and matching wines. Highly recommended.

Both the tartare and the carpaccio are delicious, prepared with quality meat and boasting an authentic flavor. My husband and I went to Ai Tre Fuochi on Wednesday evening. It's a top-quality restaurant, with excellent food, impeccable service, and chef Mauro, who is welcoming and, above all, excellent. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

We went to Ai Tre Fuochi to celebrate the start of our holidays with a relaxing dinner. We were very satisfied. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the dinner was beautifully served, and the food was excellent. Everything, from the wine and appetizers to the dessert, was practically impeccable. The carpaccio and tagliata were divine!!! I recommend it for both casual dinners and special occasions. We'll definitely be back soon. Thanks to all the staff, Antonella and Federico.

If you feel like meat, this is in my opinion the best place in the area. The meat is of excellent quality and there is a decent selection of different breeds of cattle.
Prices are a bit high but a meat binge every now and then is a must and ten euros more for food of this quality can be spent without any problems. The meat melts in your mouth if you decide to take the fattier cuts.
The desserts, service and wines are also excellent.
I will definitely be back.
