Good food, especially the bigoli. Service: I'll start by saying that it's unfair to judge the overall experience, having only been there once, so I'll limit myself to my unfortunately negative experience. The starters arrived before the appetizers, and out of five people, one was served when the other four had practically finished. I mentioned this at the end of the meal at the cashier, and the woman apologized, saying that sometimes there are communication problems between the dining room and the kitchen. Bad. Very bad. Price: It's not a cheap restaurant, but you pay not only for the quality of the food, which is absolutely good, but also for the truly beautiful and well-kept venue. I'll return to see if the service issues were a coincidence or if the confusion is commonplace.

We recently ate at this trattoria for the first time. It's very convenient for those of us staying at the Galzignano Resort (about a 5-minute drive).
It's a trattoria where history and tradition are clearly evident, both in the ambiance and the cuisine, yet recently renovated: a truly successful blend of modernity and tradition.
The food is excellent and the value is excellent. We ordered an appetizer, first course, second course, wine, water, and coffee, spending just over €30 each.
The staff is welcoming and friendly; at the end of the meal, even the host came by to greet us with warmth and interest, without being intrusive.
I was very satisfied and will definitely be back!

An elegant restaurant located in Galzignano Terme in the Euganean Hills area. I believe the building was recently renovated and is very well presented. The food is excellent, the service is excellent, and the bill is proportionate to the dishes. The bigoli and the fillet are excellent. The duck, vegetables, and rabosello are delicious.

This is a beautiful, historic trattoria at the foot of the Euganean Hills, with tastefully renovated, spotlessly clean, and welcoming spaces.
The staff is very friendly, helpful, and eager to satisfy their guests' needs.
The food I ate was truly delicious, as was the food my fellow diners enjoyed; everyone had high praise for it.
I'm referring to the bigoli and gnocchi with duck ragù, bigoli alla matriciana, the shanks, the wild boar, the mixed boiled meats, ribs, and grilled sausages, along with side dishes, desserts, and the wine: Cabernet, Malbec, and Prosecco.
The quality, quantity, and price ratio were also excellent.

Good food, good product quality. I'm sorry to give it 3 stars because, unfortunately, I don't think the service is up to par with the perceived level.
Waiters who miss drinks orders, food arrives at different times, and service is rushed.
Dishes should only be cleared from the table when everyone has finished eating.
