From Ostuni we arrived in Briatico by chance we found ourselves at the restaurant in Caseya where the 5 stars would not be enough for everything including karaoke. Thank you for all the wonderful staff

I was there on a rainy winter evening, so few tables and the large garden was unusable. Rich and varied starter. Fileja with n'duja not up to par, good grilled meat. Worth trying again in summer also for the pizza

Introduction: I have been twice for two family birthdays and I hope there will be more times. The place is welcoming inside and also has a nice outdoor area with a garden. I had the opportunity to test both the kitchen and the pizzeria. In one of the two parties I attended I was also able to bring my dog ​​and the owners were kind enough to even let him play inside, I have not found a better place where he felt so good too. Whether it is for a birthday party or not it has so much potential and I have also recommended it to my circle of friends. I wanted to make the introduction because the rudeness of the individual cannot compromise the work of the collective. Unfortunately, the last time I had the displeasure of running into one of the waiters (I think he was a caller) to whom I simply signaled that the margherita pizza was for me, he turned around badly shouting that I didn't speak when he was with his back turned looking at the other side of the table (the pizza in question wasn't for the center of the table but was a pizza not cut into several pieces) he threw it on the table and already honestly as far as I can understand the nervousness of a Saturday night at work I still find it inappropriate given that I waited for him to turn around and I didn't express any complaint (honestly I work with the public too I have respect for the work of others I would never allow myself). If this had happened alone, as much as it made me quite nervous I probably wouldn't have expressed any opinion here. A few minutes later, while I was cutting the pizza into several slices since I was sharing it with my brother, I cut it into several pieces and immediately this "waiter" appears again and without asking, he starts randomly cutting the pizza with a wheel dirty with other pizzas with sausage (I don't eat meat) pumpkin and so on and so forth (and what if I was allergic?) commenting "maybe we use the wheel because you're slow at cutting" and other things that I honestly didn't hear anymore because I was too angry, but is it my business how fast we take to cut a pizza? I have a photo of the pizza but it's not my intention to damage the business so I'll refrain from posting it Now I invite anyone to go to this restaurant because it really deserves it and I really respect all the people who work there, maybe if you like this waiter (Alfredo) and you've had a hard day like me and you don't want to have other problems, ask for the other young guy who is always smiling quickly and if he sees 30 people to serve he doesn't get impatient. Thanks to the staff, I hope it will help the collective growth.
