This charming trattoria was recommended to us during our stay in Trento. We were looking for a place that exuded tradition, without frills or touristy compromises. As soon as we entered, we were incredibly surprised by the art that permeates this place, both in the decor and in the owners' eyes. Since it was New Year's Eve, we ate the set menu. The dishes were exquisite, from appetizer to dessert, all traditional. The staff was extremely kind (although some customers that evening, in my opinion, didn't deserve any kindness; in fact, I take this opportunity to say that the staff and owners were truly GENTLEMEN). We were even given decorations, hats, and trumpets to celebrate at midnight. The atmosphere was extremely pleasant and welcoming, with a clientele of young and old, both friends and families, and they even welcomed our big dog. An experience not to be missed if you love conviviality, art, good traditional food, and good wine. We will definitely return when we return to Trento!
