In Itri, in the province of Latina, there is this delicious pizzeria, and more, run by Marco and Amalia. I often stop by to visit them when I want to eat a Neapolitan pizza. Last night, the owner Marco, who also plays the role of an excellent pizza chef, offered me a truly interesting off-menu pizza: 4 cheese pizza, chopped walnuts, and fig jam and, last but not least, a morsel of buffalo mozzarella. It was a very positive experience. I highly recommend stopping by Totò 2.0, because in addition to eating a good pizza, you can taste delicious sandwiches, first and second courses. A rich menu designed to satisfy all needs. The staff is always very kind, helpful and friendly. My point of reference in the area. Thanks guys!!!

Totò Sapore was a very pleasant discovery! In its own small way, it is complete with everything. The pizzas? Excellent, the place welcoming and particular, the service? Nice girls available to make an evening pleasant. There were 15 of us, it was my birthday and we will be back soon for another one. We thank: Marco, Amalia and all the cast. Keep it up!

Questo posto è perfetto per una serata informale ma ha evidenziato un problema comune a molte attività simili : la non ottimale aereazione dei locali ed una buona aspirazione degli odori di cucina, dei quali purtroppo si esce con i vestiti impregnati. Le canne fumarie esterne sopra il tetto dovete dotarle di "gorgogliatori ad acqua" per abbattere le emissioni di ceneri e fuliggini provocate dal forno a legna delle pizze per evitare fastidi al vicinato ed evitare controlli da parte di Enti preposti all'uopo. Cordiali saluti da "un vs. caro amico ispettivo...........!"

12/01/2025: Very nice environment although small overall (I'm just sorry it's so isolated and on the road). Regarding the service, however, I was a little disappointed, the waiter came without anyone wanting to order (having just sat down) and put a bit of pressure on us. Furthermore, the "mats" on which the plates, glasses, etc., are placed. they were a bit messy and "dirty" (even my scribbled ones). Finally the pizzas, here I raise my hands because I was very satisfied... nice variety of pizzas and all very interesting; I chose the "Gentile", practically a "modernized" tuna and onion, still very light dough, and very good onion cream, moreover the tuna and the other ingredients were of excellent quality. So overall I was very satisfied and in fact I hope to return in the future to try other pizzas🌟.
11/01/2025: Very good pizzas, courteous waiters and efficient service. One of the best pizzerias on the square, I highly recommend!
