The best pizza I've ever had. This restaurant was a real discovery for me in Itri! I've eaten many pizzas in my life and in various places in Italy, but this has become one of the reasons for me to return to the Aurunci Mountains. Perfect dough, fresh and authentic ingredients, every bite is a true delight for the palate! And I'll stop here because I'm already hungry 😂

I discovered a pizzeria by chance, it is in the center of the town. Among the many choices I ate the Pizza Itriana, which I found excellent, with a sufficient amount of filling and a dough worthy of note for its digestibility.
