Very elegant place, I ate very well, the dessert was great. To return, even if a little uneconomical. Update: I returned on Sunday and, with the place empty, I found the service dramatically slow (sitting at 9:35 pm, the sandwich arrived at 10:50 pm, I ate at practically 11 pm) and the meat sandwich had a strong hint of fish - which I can't stand. I hope it was a coincidence.

Ottima location nel cuore della movida di Formia. Personale accogliente rivedrei un pò le scelte del menù accostamenti troppo gourmet. Nella media dei locali.

Pleasant experience. Nice environment, attention to detail, friendly and knowledgeable dining room staff. Good menu, including first courses, second courses, sandwiches and appetizers. We tried some excellent quality sandwiches, in a high price range. Both fish and meat ones are good. We would certainly return.

28/05/2025: We went to the Hoagie room - a private room / tasting experience in Pizzera to celebrate my sons college graduation. The host Alberto was awesome. Laid back, friendly, easy to talk with He put on classic Rock for my dad. He made the hoagie tasting options right in front of us. Had great suggestions for wine and cocktails. It was a 2 hour experience that felt like 4 ( in a good way). We didn’t feel rushed. Everyone enjoyed it. Would 1000 percent go back to the hoagie room !

04/05/2025: Truly excellent Pinsa, excellent cooking, light, no problems in short, we were pleasantly satisfied, welcoming staff and place the same... The only small flaw (which obviously doesn't depend on them) is the parking lot which today mostly on Saturdays, was not very easy to find but unfortunately since it is the slightly older part of Formia it is difficult to find... However highly recommended 😊
31/03/2025: Excellent Pinsa Romana. Friendly and helpful staff, welcoming place and in summer you can eat outside in the famous Piazza Sant'Erasmo.
