Toscanella Osteria In Firenze

Sucedimos en este lugar mientras estábamos de paseo por la noche en Florencia. Estábamos buscando algo diferente para la cena. ¡Fue excepcional! Su compañero tenía el pulpo y le encantaba. Tenía el Linguine con almejas y estaba delicioso. Teníamos un lado de verduras a la parrilla que eran perfectos. El servicio fue excepcional y el vino delicioso. Haremos un punto para volver el próximo año durante nuestra excursión anual a Florencia.

Everything was cooked to perfection and everything was delicious. Best restaurant in our entire trip to Italy. Seafood salad, steak, everything was good. Terrible shame, we went on a rainy day at around 7 and there was only a single other pair of diners. This place was very good.

Quiet environment, extreme courtesy, excellent dishes and good prices. What more could you want?

Excellent place, good music, friendly staff, nice plates. They gave us an appetizer and limoncello.

Best meal I’ve had my whole Europe trip so far. Atmosphere is so calm and accomodating on a Saturday night. Flavours were excellent. I even got a cheeky free zucchini flower which of course I was delighted by. Recently redecorated and it’s so gorgeous. You can manage a reasonably priced meal here but once you get to secondo the price jumps a bit, wine was also excellent.

All around wonderful. Small card. Great taste. A real pearl, price/performance fits! I would go back at any time!

Beautiful location, excellent food

Location suggestiva, ma servizio davvero disorganizzato nonostante ci fossimo solo noi nel locale. Per un errore della cameriera le prime portate sono arrivate in tempi diversi, quindi, forse per la fretta, i paccheri sono arrivati veramente troppo al dente (al quale rimanevano attaccati). Il sale grosso aggiunto sopra ad un piatto già così saporito come il tonno in carrozza con salsa ponzu, proprio no! Ha rovinato il gusto. La cameriera continuava a sparire nelle cucine e a metà della nostra cena ha avuto l'idea d'impostare la musica da un'App sul cellulare (con relativa pubblicità) e poi dalla filodiffusione del locale a volume veramente troppo alto (e anche generi musicali poco adatti a quell'ambiente). Qualità-prezzo alla fine accettabile solo perché avevamo lo sconto The Fork del 50%. Nel complesso: meglio di no.

After a long day of travel into Florence we were staying closeby and decided to stop here as the atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming compared to the nearby square (a little more chaotic but good for gelato) Once seated we were offered a complimentary small bite from the kitchen while looking over the menu With a bottle of wine we ordered a steak (beautifully cooked rare), cod bruschetta, mixed greens, and tuna paccheri each for a very reasonable price compared to the US Highly recommend this restaurant for dinner
