The big plus of this hotel is its staff: all very young, from 18 to 27, and all friendly, smiling, hospitable and
very professional! Well done!! The hotel has recently been renovated, a bit spartan to be honest... but new, clean, quiet and the bed is comfortable. What is missing are those frills that make four-star luxury, but we and our two dogs really enjoyed our stay and for this reason I recommend it!

Compared to the photos on the site, I'm a little disappointed but for just one night you can feel good. Large and comfortable room, slightly dated furnishings, large bathroom but here too the furnishings are a little dated.

Bright and comfortable rooms, nice and clean environment.
Friendly and helpful staff.
The restaurant service offers abundant and tasty meals.
Ideal for a romantic getaway or for a family holiday as it is a quiet and peaceful place immersed in the greenery of Tuscany.
I also recommend this hotel to those who want to visit various cities and towns in the area, as it is located in a strategic point and close to villages to visit and the city of Arezzo

We returned a few days ago from the half board facility. I can say that we had a very good time, very kind staff ready to welcome us, very satisfying cuisine, very attentive waiters, with Cristina and Olga ready to satisfy any of our requests as well as the very nice young waiters Gioele and Alex, well what more can I tell you ! We had a wonderful time in this hotel (2 adults and 2 children), booked at a more than reasonable price. Large rooms, beautiful swimming pool, green and shaded areas for children, satisfying breakfast, reasonable and friendly staff. A stone's throw from the beautiful Arezzo, I would happily return!

Welcoming staff excellent, large common areas, a beautiful park around with animals in their enclosures, the rooms are spacious and very clean, the disabled bathroom is huge with everything necessary for our needs
The furnishings are not very modern but who cares. We had a great time
