Toscana Verde Restaurant In Laterina

We stayed at this property, nestled in the Arezzo countryside. A property with immense potential, but it felt a bit abandoned. The staff was extremely friendly, although insufficient in number to manage such a large facility. Let's just say it still has a lot of room for improvement.

The hotel is certainly in a charming setting in the Arezzo hills. It's spacious, with ample parking, a swimming pool, and a restaurant. Excellent cleanliness and a good breakfast. Kindness and courtesy are the hallmarks. However, I honestly wasn't entirely satisfied with the room, as it lacked some details that could easily be improved. I'm pointing them out so that management can address them if they wish. 1) There are definitely no mosquito nets, so you have to use the air conditioning, which is very noisy, even at night. I would definitely have preferred to open the windows. 2) Only two pillows, and they were too soft, at least for me. 3) The bathtub! (No shower). The most uncomfortable and dangerous thing you can think of. 4) No desk light. If you need to write in the evening, it's impossible. Not a criticism, but an incentive to improve. In any case, I recommend it.

We were greeted by a very helpful receptionist who was attentive to my specific needs. We had a great time, both with the rooms and the food, the cleanliness, and the pool. I came home feeling truly relaxed and at peace, something I hadn't felt in a long time... I'll definitely be back!!!

Large rooms, hotel with many amenities. We stayed 2 nights. Although it is stated that there is air conditioning in the room, it was actually an oven. We had reported the problem but unfortunately, evidently, we had not been taken seriously. When we arrived in the room, two dead flies, dirt and hair in the bathroom. The beds were pathetic. For the rest, ok.

too bad only 3 days stay because it really is a fairy tale....super luxury hotel, very welcoming spa, top top top cuisine, helpful, polite and very very kind staff soon we will return

A God-forgotten and abandoned place and then this building, this hotel, appears before you…..the rooms are clean, the beds are huge, the breakfast is good, the pool has clean water, the staff is helpful 😊

Wonderful hotel, spacious rooms with a view, very good and extensive breakfast, delicious, typical Tuscan dinner at a reasonable price. Very good wines and a very friendly and helpful staff. We'll be back!!

Everything was perfect apart from the very unusable internet connection in an area which is otherwise poorly served by some companies. Huge, functional and warm room. Large bathroom with shower and tub. Excellent sweet and savory breakfast and plentiful. Competent and friendly staff. Excellent restaurant despite the limitation of half board. Location in the countryside and quiet. Affordable price and better than others overall Thank you I'm adding a further review a year later. The place is really worth it. The property is beautiful and immersed in a fantastic location. This time I was lucky to have the furthest and most secluded room and with a beautiful panoramic view. The room is immense, the bathroom very large with a bathtub. Excellent temperature. Presebdi current in the right place. Some defects: so large that it appears bare. Empty refrigerator. Pillows too thin (de gustibus). At the reception this time I was perplexed. Meanwhile they no longer had my data stored. But above all loud music of dubious taste which however lasted until dinner in which I was forced to point out that perhaps they could avoid having loud repper music at dinner. So they turned the music down but, I was unlucky; in the large hall at least two noisy schoolgirls shaking plates. I'm happy for the kids, for the structure to which these groups bring business, but it would be an excellent idea to divide the small room from the large hall since it felt like being inside the speaker of a stereo. The food was excellent, like the previous time. The staff at the table are young and I would say have little experience. Not immediately understanding that the music was too annoying, talking to some customers and colleagues out loud doesn't seem nice to me. But then again, at the end there was so much noise that everything got lost. Luckily I had that remote room and was so tired that I managed to sleep well. Breakfast; the service opens at 7.30, a little late. They let me sit at least 15 minutes earlier and I was grateful but, apart from the delicious desserts they made, I wasn't able to take advantage and delve into anything else.
