The strategic location, the staff, spacious rooms, and huge bathroom make it a hotel perfectly suited to every need. The breakfast is adequate, with both sweet and savory options. Not least, outside there are some wonderful cats and ducks in a nearby pond. Highly recommended.

We stayed one night for €94 for a double room with breakfast included. Overall, we had a good stay, but the property felt a bit unwelcoming and at times unsettling. The staff was indifferent, especially during check-in, and the breakfast was minimal but functional.

A very quiet and comfortable resort hotel. Bus parking is available. Wi-Fi is password-free and easy to log in. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is served on the left side of the reception desk, starting at 7:00 AM. There's an elevator, and you can also stay on the ground floor. No tax. Hot water is available.

We stayed at this magnificent hotel last weekend in a Superior Room on the first floor...very spacious rooms, overlooking the pool and surrounding countryside. Breakfast was varied and meticulously prepared, and dinner at the restaurant was sublime! Traditional dishes presented with care and dedication. The chicken and pork belly were delicious. We'll be back in the summer to enjoy the beautiful outdoor pool! Highly recommended

I stayed for work during the week... the hotel is spacious and comfortable. Varied breakfasts with savory options. Very friendly staff... I don't understand the negative reviews; the quality/price ratio is truly excellent. I will definitely be back.

We stayed at this property, nestled in the Arezzo countryside. A property with immense potential, but it felt a bit abandoned. The staff was extremely friendly, although insufficient in number to manage such a large facility. Let's just say it still has a lot of room for improvement.

The hotel is certainly in a charming setting in the Arezzo hills. It's spacious, with ample parking, a swimming pool, and a restaurant. Excellent cleanliness and a good breakfast. Kindness and courtesy are the hallmarks. However, I honestly wasn't entirely satisfied with the room, as it lacked some details that could easily be improved. I'm pointing them out so that management can address them if they wish. 1) There are definitely no mosquito nets, so you have to use the air conditioning, which is very noisy, even at night. I would definitely have preferred to open the windows. 2) Only two pillows, and they were too soft, at least for me. 3) The bathtub! (No shower). The most uncomfortable and dangerous thing you can think of. 4) No desk light. If you need to write in the evening, it's impossible. Not a criticism, but an incentive to improve. In any case, I recommend it.

We were greeted by a very helpful receptionist who was attentive to my specific needs. We had a great time, both with the rooms and the food, the cleanliness, and the pool. I came home feeling truly relaxed and at peace, something I hadn't felt in a long time... I'll definitely be back!!!

Large rooms, hotel with many amenities. We stayed 2 nights. Although it is stated that there is air conditioning in the room, it was actually an oven. We had reported the problem but unfortunately, evidently, we had not been taken seriously. When we arrived in the room, two dead flies, dirt and hair in the bathroom. The beds were pathetic. For the rest, ok.

too bad only 3 days stay because it really is a fairy tale....super luxury hotel, very welcoming spa, top top top cuisine, helpful, polite and very very kind staff soon we will return
