We stayed here last weekend. It's a beautiful hotel, surrounded by greenery, conveniently located for visiting Arezzo and the surrounding area. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-organized. The reception was impeccable. It exudes the tranquility and serenity one seeks in a break from everyday city life.

The strategic location, the staff, spacious rooms, and huge bathroom make it a hotel perfectly suited to every need. The breakfast is adequate, with both sweet and savory options. Not least, outside there are some wonderful cats and ducks in a nearby pond. Highly recommended.

We stayed one night for €94 for a double room with breakfast included. Overall, we had a good stay, but the property felt a bit unwelcoming and at times unsettling. The staff was indifferent, especially during check-in, and the breakfast was minimal but functional.

A very quiet and comfortable resort hotel. Bus parking is available. Wi-Fi is password-free and easy to log in. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is served on the left side of the reception desk, starting at 7:00 AM. There's an elevator, and you can also stay on the ground floor. No tax. Hot water is available.

I stayed for work during the week... the hotel is spacious and comfortable. Varied breakfasts with savory options. Very friendly staff... I don't understand the negative reviews; the quality/price ratio is truly excellent. I will definitely be back.

We stayed at this magnificent hotel last weekend in a Superior Room on the first floor...very spacious rooms, overlooking the pool and surrounding countryside. Breakfast was varied and meticulously prepared, and dinner at the restaurant was sublime! Traditional dishes presented with care and dedication. The chicken and pork belly were delicious. We'll be back in the summer to enjoy the beautiful outdoor pool! Highly recommended

We stayed at this property, nestled in the Arezzo countryside. A property with immense potential, but it felt a bit abandoned. The staff was extremely friendly, although insufficient in number to manage such a large facility. Let's just say it still has a lot of room for improvement.

07/01/2026: It's located in the newer part of town; if it weren't for the eye-catching sign, it wouldn't look like a restaurant. The entrance is at the back, offering a panoramic view in the summer. There's public parking on the avenue. The restaurant isn't large, seating 30-40 people at most. We went for lunch, and there were only two people in addition to our group. The service was quick, perhaps a little too pushy, and the waitress was present, coming to the table every two minutes. Dishes are cooked by a lady with a visible kitchen (the view is lovely). Portions are adequate, with reasonable prices. The tagliatelle, for my taste and experience, are larger than wide tagliolini, but the sauces and ragù are good. The crostini and main courses are pleasant, without anything special. Wine is available both in bulk and in bottles. The selection and variety of well-made desserts are good. The setting is adequate for the location, with a convenient bathroom and outdoor seating area. Dining outside under the pergola must be pleasant in the summer. They accept electronic payments.
25/09/2025: We found it by chance, and my wife and I went for lunch with our dog. The location is very nice, the food is good, and the value is good. The service is prompt. I recommend it and will definitely be back.
