11/03/2026: Opificio del Gusto is one of those bistros where you immediately feel at ease. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, but what really makes the difference is the atmosphere created by the staff: friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The cuisine is solid and well-executed. The dishes are carefully prepared and showcase high-quality ingredients, with a menu that manages to be tasty without being overbearing. The wine list is also very interesting. A well-thought-out selection, with a good presence of natural wines and a wide selection of both types and price ranges, capable of satisfying both the curious and the aficionados. A bistro you'll want to return to, well worth the detour off the highway.

05/02/2026: Saturday at the end of January for lunch; warm and welcoming atmosphere, very short menu (for me this is a bonus), not too elaborate dishes that make you feel at home, very helpful service
