We happened to pass by this historic roasting shop (since 1964) and upon entering we were enchanted by the products sold, in particular a wonderful selection of coffee beans from all over the world that are roasted by them in the laboratory. The very kind owner also explained to us the evaluation that is made of the various types of coffee and therefore their price. In addition, the shop also has a huge selection of teas, herbal teas and spices! Loose chocolates and sweets, jams, liqueurs... In short, if you are passionate about these things, here you will find some real gems!

30/04/2025: I ordered a gluten-free Nutella tart today at this patisserie which turned out to be a fantastic discovery. All delicious.

Even though I am a foreigner and cannot speak Italian, the waiter was very kind and courteous. and gluten-free tiramisu, maritozzo, etc. This is the best pastry I've had in Rome. I'm Japanese and live in France, but I've never encountered delicious food in Italy until now 😅
