05/08/2024: The margherita pizza by the slice is at the top for me: crumbly bottom like a biscuit, soft, well-leavened top, juicy tomato, sweet and slightly sour as if fresh, excellent mozzarella in large quantities and just melted, like clouds in a sky of tomato. The exceptional calzones and freshly fried express supplì are excellent. Delicious baked pasta: I counted 16 layers of very thin pastry! Delicious white veal stew and special white veal meatballs. Obviously legendary cooked chicory. For the rest of the gastronomy I will have time to try everything, little by little🤗😋😋😎
