When we bought a portafilter coffee machine, we received a free bag of coffee, and it was so good that it's now our favorite. Since we're currently on vacation at Lake Garda, we decided to buy coffee locally. The website offers tastings and a tour. First, the owner personally gave us a tour of the company and gave us a fantastic look behind the scenes at how the coffee works and roasts. It was extremely informative and a great insight into the world of the roastery and Café Roen! We then got to taste a few varieties, all perfectly prepared, and there's almost certainly something for everyone. The price on site is, of course, top-notch. If you know the coffee, you should definitely stop here; if you want to try something new, here's a tip for a sensationally good coffee. It's important to note that the food rating here refers exclusively to the coffee. Since it's a roastery, they only serve good coffee! 😉

09/01/2026: I had lunch here on Sunday. The welcome was warm and the dishes were delicious: polenta with porcini mushrooms and tagliatelle with speck, mushrooms, and truffle. Excellent service and reasonable bill. I highly recommend it!
03/01/2026: Great welcome.. Excellent cuisine... I stopped for lunch and tried the dishes of the day on the recommendation of the waitress. I would say it was a really good choice, everything very good... excellent value for money... Fabio's friendliness, professionalism and gallantry make the experience very positive.

Pizzeria cimbra

05/09/2025: We went for dinner and had pizza, which was very good. The staff was friendly and the place was quiet and welcoming. I recommend it.
23/08/2025: During a thunderstorm in Campofontana, tired of getting wet, we headed to Giazza for pizza. We'd reserved a half-hour in advance by phone. Once there, we descended the beautiful steps nestled in the landscape to reach Pizzeria Cimbra. It was moderately crowded, but there was plenty of seating outside under the portico. We ordered two pizzas, a drink, and a dessert. Everything was delicious. I recommend trying it at least once, both for the restaurant, which was once an Austro-Hungarian inn, and for the village, which, though small, is very quaint.
